I've been looking in more detail at the long term chart [Both Mid-price and Last Market price based] for some indication of where we might put some target prices for this year.

In the near term an eod close above 13.5 confirms a min tp approx. 14.5
There are two gap based resistance zones above at approx. 18.4 and 34, which look to be likely tp's to follow.

Support is approx. 10

Potential turns 2-3/1/2018 and 11-12/1/2018

Market cap of seers is about 100mkn but their homesend stake is only worth 15 based on the valuation round!??!

Worth noting that there is, according to the Chairman provision already in place for HomeSend to pay dividends to its investors.

“Back in January we thought great we have signed one bank, but it'll take months before we see any real volume. Now, we are actually looking at seeing big boulders of volume starting to flow in 2018”.
It is also actually hard to see how Mastercard would expose this to its major customers without having a lot of confidence behind it achieving big volume”.

Without doubt, ESG via its stake in HomeSend appears to be in absolutely sweet spot which broker FinnCap believes is set to see it benefit to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars in the coming years.

"...HomeSend has also progressed discussions on contracts for much larger opportunities, as mentioned in the announcement on 2 October 2017, and these opportunities remain imminent..."

On the move now, MM's couldn't hold it back any longer. With major new business for HomeSend 'imminent' buying now should prove well timed.

Beeks The brokers note explains that right now BICS have other priorities. They are not pulling out, they are just not partaking in this HomeSend raise round, which is being done strictly internally, ie by MasterCard and ESG.Re volume, this is nothing to do with BICS stake in HomeSend. HomeSend is a private company and its shares are not traded on any exchange. That is one reason why BICS are not 'pulling out' , the only way BICS can exit is if someone else buys their stake, the chances are this is restricted to MasterCard and ESG.Note, for the avoidance of doubt, BICS are not selling any of their stake, but because they are not participating in the funding round their % stake drops.

It could also be that they are pulling out for whatever reason - being the minor player here is not a great position. Doesn't mean this is a bad thing, but we will find out over the next few weeks.

Would explain the volume today.

Why would BICS not participate in the raise, if it's at such a low valuation?

Appreciate they may have lost interest in this project, but does that suggest they don't see as bright a future as some expect. Also, using an apparently "low" valuation for the fund raise, isn't great for BICS if they don't participate - wonder how they feel about that.
