Mad the "optimistically worded profit warning" was not new news. Already mentioned by the company. However the imminent arrival of additional banks joining Homesend is new I think?

That is the most optimistically worded profit warning I have read in a while! I'm keeping this in my watchlist, will be very interesting to see whether the market punishes the failure to meet 2017 guidance or rewards the potential and likely growth next year.

Price has hit upper target for flag and overcome prior gap resistance. Next resistance approx. 17

On the mid-price based chart a HTF pattern is confirmed with an eod close above approx. 12.9. This has a min tp of approx. 15.9

Prior gap closed at 11.5
Close above 12.9 qualifies chart for HTF. Potential turn 13/16 Oct.

Hi Bamboo - No I haven't held since 2005. It can be hard to hold a share for 12 days never mind 12 years:-). I only got back in again on the recent news. I was actually thinking of asking you about the potential flag formation earlier in the week!

Hi al and hastings. These flag patterns are fairly reliable.

PRSM had a series of these last year, which made for some very enjoyable trading.

FST is another that looks very promising.

I also took a position here this morning.
Based on the chart pattern, we have a confirmed flag or pennant with a tp ranging from minimum 10.65 - 12

The prior Breakaway gap on 2 Oct is the support zone approx 8 - 8.5

Price is currently working its way through an earlier Breakaway gap down, that occurred around 25/9/2015. Gap closed at 11.5

Some very interesting targets come into focus above 11.5

Hi CM, wouldn't be surprised to see this tipped over the weekend on the back of the news earlier in the week.Took an initial investment after that despite the spike and hopeful for some serious upside from these levels in due course.I'm going to be speaking with management end of month/early Nov and will look to pen write up on the back of that.
