John C is currently exec Chairman at Wameja and a non exec at HomeSend.It has been announced that he will cease in his executive role within six months of Completion of the disposal of the core (with the Chairman's role reverting to a non-executive position).James Hume remains as an employee of WJA and is the other non exec at HomeSend. They also announced in 2018 the appointment of Rothschilds as advisers. WJA is only a holding co for the HomeSend investment. There is nothing else. JCs responsibility is to WJA shareholders to drive the value of that investment (principally through the HS board and the MasterCard relationship) and to realise that value through disposal most probably to MasterCard (with R as advisers). I dont see the time and attention problem that you refer to.

Share price drifts and drifts. The Homesend website is still hopelessly out of date. There is only one thing under News, and that is dated May 2018. There is nothing about funding, or anything that might give an impression of a ramping up of operations. I pointed this out recently to Conoly and rather offhandedly he said “oh, I must have a word with them about the website”. Well he hasn’t, or he has been ignored
