I haven't followed the costs very closely but after they sell the core business, how long can they last without a further raise?

Encouraging

"As a further update on the performance of HomeSend to 31 March 2019, eServGlobal is pleased to advise that the percentage of payments terminating to a bank account destination on the HomeSend network in March 2019 grew to approximately 48 per cent. of gross transaction value flows across the platform. This represents a marked increase from the 32 per cent. recorded in December 2018. The network coverage as a percentage of global trade flows and the global remittance market remained stable across Q4 2018 and Q1 2019"

The news will be picked up by most later on, people miss an awful lot of news if it's not before 8am.

Can't quite see why people are selling given todays announcement, some fairly regular large sells going through at the moment. Even at 9ish p a nice 50% to be had here in short order i would have thought.

Between 10 and 12p I reckon. Cheap but I bet MasterCard get away with it.

If Mastercard make an offer now (as seems likely) anyone like to hazard a guess as to the number?

ESG signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to sell the core ESG business & associated assets to Seamless Distribution Systems AB, leaving just HomeSend. Purchase prices is Eu2m.

Here’s an interview with John Conoley, Executive Chairman who gives us a little narrative.

Just checked. Homesend website hopelessly out of date. Only one item under “News” and that is over a year old

There does seem to be some new buying here. I saw JC present at MELLO and thought he was absolutely flat, devoid of spark, devoid of excitement. Almost seemed he was an outside observer at Homesend. I commented on the rubbish Homesend website and he said “I must have a word with them”. He is on the Homesend Board for goodness sake

Nothing has changed since last year. Perhaps they should play a recording of last years Mello.
