SCSW article was very thorough, several pages of write up.
The article was entitled 'EservGlobal-an attractive future with MasterCard'
it says ESG has 'mind boggling potential' and reckons that margins could be as high as 99% once the growth has really kicked in, as fixed posts are pretty much static and there is a 'relatively small fixed cost base'. Contracts signed with 15 banks to date. 'Deals with some grade one banks are reckoned to be close'.

Sounds good, today's price looks a bargain, don't think it is going to stay at these sort of levels for too long.

I suspect we'll not have to wait long to hit finnCap's 20p target.

But of course as we get news of more banks / institutions signing up for HomeSend they'll be upgrading their target acordingly.

I think this could prove range bound for a little bit hole yet. That SCSW tip has not allowed it to escape the range set since the start of October despite the huge volume suggesting to me that there’s a very big seller who bought way way lower

The market hasn't woken up to this one yet - even recent investors don't seem to appreciate the sheer scale of the opportunity and likelihood of success. Of course there are no guarantees however this looks to me like a very strong candidate to multibag within a year. Much more likely to than not imho.... perhaps not one to bet the farm on but depending on your appetite for risk it is certainly worthy of a significant investment imho.

From a near term perspective things appear sound. MasterCard has just committed another $7m to the cause, we know multiple large contracts are "imminent", ESG has zero balance sheet debt, valuation remains in the recovery stage. Given the strength of the story and the imminence of the newsflow it is a wonder this board isn't buzzing with newbies. The point that it isn't suggests the story is just beginning..

Clearly there is risk however the risk reward looks good with MasterCard's backing.

Thanks Hydrus - good to see some new faces. You mention risk and it's great to have a rounded view. Ultimately though, you won't be taking my shares anytime soon either :)

Hence the current share price and why you can buy in so cheap. I wonder if you'll be saying this time next year if only I bought more.
The whole mkt is a risk. You have to start somewhere but everything is easy in hindsight. PayPal was a risk in 1999.
Esg is somewhat derisked. Banks are notoriously difficult with plenty of due diligence, look at moni for that, couldn't sign a single one.

'So do I. It's still binary though. If something happens with Mastercard, there is nothing else.'I have a small position here - the reason it's small is because my view is similar to the above statement. Success is not guaranteed. It's pretty risky I believe.

"Why anyone would subscribe to a tip sheet I will never know."Yet undertaking risk assessment with anonymous participants on a chat board is a useful part of your process.Amusing.Don't let this punk take your shares ;)

Fucxxxx hell, binary, maybe over a year back. This is now being rolled out globally by MasterCard. 10 banks in 9 months then another 5 in the 3 before Xmas. 2018 will see boulders of volume flowing through, words from the CEO. Esg is indeed in a sweet spot, I expect a huge progress this year.

Thanks allstar

Yes, it does seem quite a binary bet on the support of MasterCard.

They’ve shown plenty of support though so currently it’s time to ride the share price up. Always something to be mindful of when thinking of selling the granny to buy more.
