25/4/2017 17:58 | This company seems as solid as a rock with a decent level of growth too Delevering will produce nice earnings growth MMMMMMMOOOOOOOOO!!!! | geheimnis2
25/4/2017 17:33 | Haven't heard anything - yet. Clearly a very popular buy today, over half a million shares traded. Things seem to be shaping up nicely. | lurki0
25/4/2017 15:26 | Anyone got any feedback from the AGM? | uapatel
25/4/2017 14:10 | sp up nearly 4% on healthy volume. The market seems to like the TU. | lurki0
24/4/2017 12:21 | @uapatel I am with you there, I went into the IPO partly motivated by a potentially strong dividend. Not complaining about the latest jump in sp, mind you. | vacendak
24/4/2017 10:53 | I'd also be interested to see what the outlook is on the Dividend front. The aim was for a progressive Dividend policy, which if followed will hopefully help push the price up further or at least support us above £2. | uapatel
24/4/2017 10:13 | Well, as newcomers to the market they produced a very glossy first annual report. This TU has a lot to live up to. My view is that it will confirm they're on a roll. | lurki0
23/4/2017 18:50 | market seems to be anticipating positive TU on Tuesday. Share price has always struggled to stay above 200 despite good full year results. Recent acquisitions of Gateway2finance and Marketing Source should be integrating well as are closely aligned with companies strategy. Hopefuly share price will test 220 in the neat future | mr doughnut1
21/4/2017 17:05 | MMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO | geheimnis2
21/4/2017 16:59 | Great UT and at volume too. Nice end to the week | davr0s
21/4/2017 15:29 | Hopefully we get a good Trading update on Tuesday. | uapatel
21/4/2017 15:27 | Just a break out under volume accumulation IMO unless we hear otherwise | davr0s
21/4/2017 15:16 | Very buoyant share price last 5 days - and now clear back through 200. Any thoughts on this latest push up? | lurki0
07/4/2017 08:27 | Breakout and I am getting buy quotes below sell prices atm! | davr0s
08/3/2017 10:29 | @mfhmfh Indeed. I especially like the concept of "even if things go wrong on the markets, our clients still need us", i.e. the non-discretionary component of the client base. They also have a niche market, which they seriously focus on. Many times during the presentation, and the Q&A session, they reiterated that they refused to compete for revenues at the cost of the margin. They only want to take on "quality projects", which they know they can deliver and... back again to their technology/regulator When asked about bidding for some Computershare business in case Computershare had to divest (apparently they want to gobble-up part of Capita's business which Capita wants to flog... anyway, just the background) due to competition/monopoly issues, Equiniti said that they would listen to any proposals, but would be unlikely to buy into it. So, a very disciplined approach over all when it comes to strategy. In short Equiniti is the anti-Capita. :) The debt situation is improving also. When they floated, the naughty PE people had leveraged the company prior to the IPO, but a lot of clean-up has already taken place; and they are still planning on deleveraging. They were at 3.2x at IPO, now down to 2.7x the aim is 2.5x or less, which seems achievable by next year. Still trading under the 220p that was expected one year after IPO, but as you said, this one is a safe long-term hold. The dividend will increase too. Not regretting to have bought at IPO and certainly not regretting to have increased my holdings when the share price sank to 145p. | vacendak
08/3/2017 10:03 | I think this is one of those solid, non-spectacular shares that you hold for ages and ages. not a share if you want fireworks but you can sleep easy with it. happy that debt continues to be reduced despite acquisition. all IMHO. | mfhmfh
08/3/2017 09:51 | The FY results report is out: I have listened to the webcast live this morning. Everything seems to be rosy. | vacendak
01/3/2017 16:16 | company website confirms full year results on 8th March. I'm a holder. | mfhmfh
01/3/2017 15:32 | Nothing sinister, just share issuance linked to their employee scheme. The weird thing was that the price dropped soon after. Must have been a coincidence. It was also only EQN. The "financials" were not doing too badly yesterday, down a bit for mine, but nothing terrible. EQN tends to move with the banks and insurers. The yearly results are expected soon: March 8th. | vacendak
01/3/2017 15:25 | I can't see this RNS ? | davr0s
01/3/2017 14:50 | There was something about a share placement in an RNS yesterday. That spooked people for some reasons, then a nice rebound today indeed. We should get some news about a dividend soon. There was one at the end of March last year. | vacendak
01/3/2017 14:42 | Looks like yesterday was a shake then. Rebounded very well today | davr0s
01/2/2017 14:56 | I bought some earlier as it looked like demand starting to exceed supply by various techniques. Whether there is any specific news behind it I have no idea only time will tell | davr0s
01/2/2017 14:07 | Anybody know what's behind the rise? | pickledcabbage
21/12/2016 09:57 | The share price is having hiccups again. We did not stay long above 200p. | vacendak |
