Was researching this today but came across this.

Wouldn't touch these with a barge pole, even if it still under the placing price, over time the mgt will become inept and raise equity time and time again at lower prices as the share price drifts gradually downwards. there may be a few spikes like today but eventually they'll shaft everyone and move on.


Seen it all done before with those at the helm of PAL.

I think we will see a few try and buy in but MM s will not let you buy in any volume and the price will go up much quicker as the penny drops there is a lot of future value in this company now funding is secureOr a quick bid for whole company on Monday or Tuesday at 12p

I predict a 4 - 6 % average raise per day with maybe a day surge if formal announcement is made.

This must be so undervalued now as KLK have paid 17.4 million dollars for the BIopalm half of LPD and EPO who own other half have loaned more to LPD than Biopalm

So effectively there 50% share must in theory be worth more than the recently purchasd 50% which in itself was sold for more than the entire value of EPO

A rerating is definitely on the cards this is a no brainer buy and hold as the value of the palm oil grows as new plantations are now funded for the foreseeable future

Can KLK still make a full offer higher than the price they paid for Biopqlms shares
If so they will have to do so before Wednesday next week

Both KlK and Biopalm confirmed the transfer of shares to the market today indicating clearly that the offer period is still open

KLK have clearly benefitted from Biopalms financial difficulty they must be shrewd operators

So KLK got a bargain and might mean they may pay a bit more for the remaining shares in full takeover All in all the current share price must be as cheap as it is every going to be KLK have clearly set a floor under current SPThey may want the whole deal for themselves

Well looking at trades since news most speculators who bought have now sold for a small loss leaving just a few buyers with a bit more patience

FAr to soon to sell after such a good RNS may well yet be some upside as people realise the project is now fully supported by a major big billion dollar company that may yet buy out the remaining stake of EPO
