These people are liars and thieves and they have no shame. Look at Nigeria ( or indeed any other country where blatant lies and deceit have seemingly pervaded every facet of society, especially and perhaps most shamefully, even among its judiciary ).
What a sad indictment of these values which its peoples have allowed to become the norm.
