Regarding the phone in today. I see a freefone option is offered. Presumably I won't be charged for the call? I've never taken part before so just wanted to check that once I've dialled in I don't get transferred to some other call rate in the registration process.
I don't have an inclusive call package to save money. Yes it's still as bad as that for me.
Just wanted to check about call charges as I don't trust this lot one bit.
