Update on NOMAD Status of ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd
EQTEC PLC (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, acknowledges the statement issued by AIM on 11 October titled Nomad Register Change - ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd. The announcement states that AIM have "determined to remove the nominated adviser ("NOMAD") status of ZAI Corporate Finance Limited."
EQTEC also acknowledges that it has to appoint a replacement NOMAD by 20 November 2017 in order to avoid cancellation of its shares trading on AIM. The Board is in advanced talks with potential NOMADs and hopes to update the market shortly.
