26/3/2020 10:47 | Towards the end of their report, Align also pointed out Powerhouse Energy had an "enterprise value" (i.e. market capitalisation) of £19.32m in contrast to EQT's £8.1m at the time of writing, and that: "Powerhouse’s higher valuation does not reconcile with the fact that it remains pre-revenue and that EQTEC has a substantially larger pipeline of profitable projects lined up. Should EQTEC trade on the same EV as Powerhouse then the market cap would be £17.32 million, giving a value per share of 0.44p." However, that overlooks the fact Powerhouse are about to have their 2.01 billion shares increased to 3.365 bn due to their proposed merger with Waste2Tricity, increasing Powerhouse's EV from £19.2m to £32.34m, which is probably priced in as it has been known about for some time. That would indicate a current enterprise value for EQT of £28.9m = 0.73p. Bear in mind also that Aligh predict EQT could make £5m+ net profit next year based just on th ecurrent pipeline (even without further projects) which could probably support a market capitalisation 10x to 15x that level, given thay are a growth company in a growth sector. | city chappy
26/3/2020 08:14 | Indeed, keep in buying below 0.2p IMO. Bought further 4.5mil this am, now 30mil shares, so far too overweight here, but nothing grabs me as much as this... | gspanner
25/3/2020 17:14 | So Align have a current EQT price valuation of 0.78p, which is 4x th ecurrent level and excludes any new projects that could be announced. | city chappy
24/3/2020 14:54 | Hmm 20mil, quite a chunk. | gspanner
24/3/2020 11:00 | Thank you Wilson, just read the full note in its entirety. Notwithstanding Align are not neutral, still a compelling read. I can see no good evidence for the valuation anomaly here? Does anyone else have a good explanation? | gspanner

24/3/2020 07:42 | EQT predicted net profit for next year is £5.3m, based on just the current pipeline. | city chappy

17/3/2020 13:16 | Just looked at powerhouse again, made a quick 50% on it not so long ago, but even now double the mcap, half the potential, 10x the risk, still needs a working full size machine to prove its works approx 12mo off IMO. This is now into exponential expansion. Can I ramp any further? | gspanner
