06/7/2017 15:07 | Just sounds like typical planning issues with a local authority? Doesn't help with nervous investors already. At least we have an update on something, even though sounding a potential delay or alternative strategy on this project. | nick rubens

06/7/2017 12:35 | It makes no sense for Ebioss to allow this to go under after supporting for so long and converting own debt to equity and taking a majority stake changing name to mirror its own technology. To let it go would tarnish their business reputation and make future dealing in the market very difficult. The void of news is causing uncertainty but my view is Ebioss reverse into eqt and we have a reduced holding in a much bigger and profitable entity. Time will tell which way this will go. 06/7/2017 11:44 | Cliveas, I have seen that tweeted by Ebioss. It was always my thoughts that they would want to do that, they stated such about two years ago in their 5 year business plan and so I always included this in my valuation of REAC (the value of the AIM listing). However now they hold 51% of EQT, so do they buy out the other 49%? Do they let it fall under the weight of it's debt and then take it out or do they reverse in? If they buy it out they won't pay much for it, because of the debt. If they let it go under, they would get a clear deck to move on with. If they reverse into it, what would EQT shareholders get? The bonus from Ebioss was that they took the last shares at 5.53p, but with the debt in place and needing paying off (Altair £2m loan note at the end of this month) and no sign of Newry Financial Close to allow funds to do this, EQT is very much the junior partner....So not sure how this would equate to holdings in the new entity. | troutisout
06/7/2017 11:33 | Trout whats your view on the headline Ebioss want an AIM listing? Reverse into EQT would seem logical and make sense. MAB is too small and restrictive imv. GL. | cliveas
06/7/2017 10:59 | The rumour mill working again, the deal signed is for Ebioss to supply equipment (Eqtec Gasifiers) for two of their UK plants (value of €42m to Ebioss), nothing to do with EQT PLC..... The confusion between the two entities is very apparent..... | troutisout

04/6/2017 12:15 | hxxp://www.mabia.es/ Oscar Leiva, CEO of EBIOSS, received us on March 17 at his offices in Barcelona. In the interview, he reviews the current situation of the Company and the sector, the next projects and the MAB. "EBIOSS IS THE SYMBOL OF ENERGY SELF-SUFFICIENCY" Oscar Leiva, President of Ebioss What is the origin of Ebioss? Why Bulgaria? Ebioss is a Global project, and Eastern Europe is a natural territory for us in terms of the market. We are a group of engineering experts that what we do is design and build thermoelectric plants that generate energy through the gasification of waste and therefore the territories that require and need more energy in the form of cogeneration are the cold countries of Europe and eastern europe is one of the coldest areas of the continent and that is why more than 30% of the installed capacity in that region are practically thermoelectric plants that supply heating and hot water to homes in the form of a "district" Heating "(ie, district heating or district heating) "Bulgaria is a country we know very well, its fiscal structure is the most efficient in Europe and connects with the main river artery of the continent for export, the Danube, and is the gateway to the Middle East through the Bosphorus" Bulgaria is our headquarter to be present in that territory, it is a country that we know very well and its tax structure is the most efficient in Europe with a Corporation Tax of 10%, the lowest in the EU, besides which is the country Less indebted countries across the continent with only 17% of GDP. It has the lowest labor costs and you can build "Made in Europe" equipment, with no fiscal pressure for practically no debt. In addition geographically it is the last country of Europe and door of access to middle east through the Bosphorus with Turkey and Greece, to Russia and through the Danube with all Europe, since it is the main fluvial artery of the continent for the export. It is not by chance that we are there, but rather responds to strategic planning. Of course, the scientific heart and Engineering is in Spain. What has been the process in Ebioss to develop gasification technology? Ebioss was born from a business integration with a Spanish Engineering that had been working in the sector for 17 years, a gas expert, who has been doing many waste gasification projects and has a lot of experience. This sector has great barriers of entry and that now positions us as a leader, a world reference in the design for waste gasification. Thanks to having entered the MAB, it has allowed us to capitalize on the Company and this allows us to take much greater steps to consolidate the international process of gasification. | euclid5
01/6/2017 12:27 | euclid, EQTEC Iberia is a subsidiary of Ebioss. Ebioss own a large chunk of Eqtec PLC There is no other link than they are both owned or part owned by Ebioss. The contract will go to EQTEC Iberia as they own and manufacture the Eqtec Gasifier technology. | troutisout
31/5/2017 21:40 | It's their subsidiary co as noted below EBIOSS is an industrial engineering group and is involved in the engineering, construction, project development and operation of waste-to-synthesis gas plants. It operates at an international level and owns a state of the art technology through its subsidiary EQTEC Iberia | euclid5
