RNS is clearly giving more time for a financing from Ebioss

With respect, your posts are nonsense and have no basis of fact whatsoever. This latest RNS is clearly giving more time for a financing from Ebioss and the foundations of a capital structure for multiple and large contracts. In the medium term I expect this share to be many tines the current price as revenues from contracts start to flow.

Unfortunately the prophets of doom are probably right about this share. Such a huge overhang and, conflicts of interests' between debt and equity mean that it is inevitable that the share price will languish until;

1. Proper signed contracts (not MoU's backed up by investment grade project debt;

2. Complete clearance of all 0.6p overhangs;

3. Board changes;

4. A few proper institutions on the register.

I've lent senior debt to this company over the years and know how they think (as evidenced by the ludicrous CLN a few months ago). In case anyone has noticed, Black Toro are bottom feeding, distressed debt specilists so no change there again.

There is no 'ouch' here, for all the people that clearly know nothing about EQT, that loan was already in an RNS from the start of July. "The standstill has been arranged to facilitate further discussions with EBIOSS following its recent announcement on 24 July 2018 of the signing of an agreement between EBIOSS and Black Toro Capital" probably means they are thinking of making a loan instead.

A loan that is clearly designed to only benefit those who provided it.Loan at 0.6p pump the price up while selling out making a tidy profit.

Great research piece from Liberum, very bullish on this share, which I agree with on recovery grounds and prospects.

Mertymcs2:

"this company is badly run"
"this company will never reach the highs of 6p"
"I don't believe in the company or the so called contracts"
"the people behind the last loan I feel aren't to be trusted"
"Corruption working at its best in this one."
"Another pump and dump"
"the share price will hit 0.6p in the next few weeks or even lower"

...

"oh, ps: I still hold here from 0.5p".

Run along little boy. This is the worst attempt at deramping I've seen for a while now.

Still doesn't change the fact I think it is a poor company.Like I've said if it hits the rainbow chasing heights then I will not offer any opinion good or bad on eqt again

I'm negative on it because the company is badly run and is being played by the markets in the CLN and now the recent loan.I held because of the drip there was always going to be some sort of recovery because there is and was a lot of chatter from people saying it will recover and hanging onto the belief it would.Even to recover to 1p half of what it was at is a bag, if it gets to 2p then it's 3 bags and that's before any long term holders from these levels start to make there money back.I don't believe in the company or the so called contracts I have taken a gamble on it recovering to CLN levels from the point it showed signs of recovery

I already hold from 0.5 as I know this share gets a good deal of interest from particular accounts on forums and Twitter so aside from the tech it is a common sense trade following a fall in share price this had and those involved on the forums, but the people behind the last loan I feel aren't to be trusted and from following previous actions on other shares, sees an inflation of the share price and then drop. Ggp is an example.

No. You claim do have done your own research then ask questions like that? You say "google the people involved in the last loan" but then don't understand the implications of the answer.

I even gave you a heads up to the Ebioss and BTC capital deal on 24th June; you could have bought at 1.11 on the Wednesday morning and been 40% up already but for whatever reason you keep trying to bash the share whilst others make money - presumably like most derampers, you were interested in buying but "just wanted it a little lower".
