27/7/2018 10:36 | The dealings of origen capital when you dig into it hasn't got the best background and people involved have not been the most straight line. The announcement of the UK sites for eqt did not come with a great deal of profit to the company and still are yet to really get off the ground. As for other contracts, I have not seen anything official just the word from people on these forums. There is a great need of money from EQT which resulted in the poorly organised CLN which allowed for many to jump on the recovery band wagon and the recent finance rns has helped pick the price back up to normal trading performance. | mertymcs
27/7/2018 10:03 | Maybe you could start by justifying why you believe it to be a 'dodgy consortium', please - pick apart each of the interested parties and explain why ANY are dodgy or why they would be selling at this point. | discojames
27/7/2018 10:02 | What a clueless post that is Mertymcs. Please tell me what you know about EQT because you appear to just be spouting rubbish. | discojames
27/7/2018 08:36 | News has always meant to be dropping and it is the one thing people quote most often.I will believe it when I see it and welcome the I told you so responses, but I don't think they have the news coming what everyone is saying. | mertymcs
27/7/2018 08:09 | No need to be careful here. This is quite possibly one of the exciting and well disguised AIM plays out there. We are going to see some serious shifting when the news drops and it is clear from the trading going on that the share price is being help up. Research is key and this is well in for a strong turnaround. | trendspotting
27/7/2018 07:56 | Be careful ofnthe dodgy consortium put together for the last funding on this one. They will be pushing higher for liquidity and will be selling into it all the time.Corruption working at its best in this one. | mertymcs
27/7/2018 01:01 | Origen Capital LLP ("Origen") has invested £1.15 million in consideration for the issue of 191,666,667 new ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.6 pence per share (the "Issue Price"). · Altair Group Investments Limited ("Altair") and Ecofinance (GLI) Limited ("Ecofinance") have agreed to capitalise interest payments of an aggregate of £693,168 pursuant to existing debt facilities by the issue of an aggregate of 115,528,000 Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price. Origen, Altair and Ecofinance will be granted with warrants to subscribe for an aggregate of 153,597,333 Ordinary Shares exercisable at a price of 0.75 pence. The warrants will need to see good profit above 0.75 p to be sold, so I expect any sell pressure from those to be a way off. Plus, current contracts have a potential revenue of £70million. More than enough to pay back any debt. With berscheva gone and black toro in, this is going to be a glorious turn around. | endion
27/7/2018 00:55 | Which RNS are you referring to? Brescheva, which is now out, or the latest loan facility to get rid of them and provide a way forward? | endion

27/7/2018 00:22 | Some Tech Analysis for Eqtec. Up to you how much you read into it, TA is only useful in certain contexts and can be completely wrong! It is interesting and fun to predict though so I thought I'd share. What we may have seen so far would be Wave 1 and 2 of a typical upward Elliot Wave formation. Wave 1 would have started around May 23rd, and risen from circa 0.285p to 1.285p. Making a Wave 1 rise of 1p. Wave 2 is a retracement, and is typically near one of the Fibonacci ratio percentages. This retracement was 40%, close to the 38.2% perfect ratio, down to 0.75p. The next wave, Wave 3, is usually the longest of all the waves, typically 161% of Wave 1. Using this as a guide p, the current wave would see a rise to 2.35p. Having said all that, TA is only useful to a degree. It can be affected by news flow, and no graph is a perfect representation of it. | endion
