18/4/2023 10:44 | A bit of PR :- | skinny

17/4/2023 21:04 | Good news. But slow road to recovery of financial situation. Every bit of good news should help. | m4rtinu
17/4/2023 17:48 | Cant blame peeps - its been a terrible dog . | juju44
17/4/2023 17:46 | Always a few big few sells about even on good news | adi27
17/4/2023 15:20 | Maybe this will start to rebuild investor confidence which is very low at present. | talldarkslim
17/4/2023 15:18 | I don't think those partners would be supporting those upcoming projects if they weren't happy with what they saw at the Italia MDC. And they're far less riskier and more appealing to financiers than dealing directly with EQTEC. | aja2
17/4/2023 15:12 | Best news in a long time - Has to be worth a bigger rise than this | juju44
17/4/2023 14:40 | Well well well, to paraphrase Churchill ‘we are at the end of the beginning’R No finance from eqt, in Italy, so whatever our misgivings/anxieties about whether Tuscany is working clearly those with the ability to do the due diligence locally don’t share that concern. Also massive engineering/infrastr Financial close over the horizon… With companies who have the cash flow to move forward quickly… | gspanner
17/4/2023 14:28 | Looks that way :- "PLH is to be solely responsible for securing funding for the Colibri Projects with no contribution required from EQTEC. " | skinny
17/4/2023 14:24 | Latest RNS looks like good news with no cost implications. | talldarkslim
14/4/2023 15:55 | Going under the radar? Not to get into controvercies with the gasifier project like last year ... | stevea171
14/4/2023 15:14 | I have noticed NF CDC have not posted minutes for Feb & Mar meetings. Any thoughts? | m4rtinu
14/4/2023 14:30 | NF may be massively delayed but it now seems it's gonna happen .... at last!! Linkedin: Jeffrey (Jeff) Vander Linden’s Post (today) Just back from another on-site inspection and business management session at North Fork Community Power in California, with EQTEC plc CTO YOEL S. ALEMÁN MÉNDEZ. Piping is well advanced and electrical work is underway in earnest. Yoel briefed the subcontractors on the design and set them off to work! Agrigas, Larissa, Greece was at cold commissioning stage last we heard so it is ahead of NF by a few months I would say. Italia MDC commissioned and should be operating without assistance from EQT from the end of last month with plenty of site visits completed and lined up.. | stevea171
09/4/2023 20:25 | G Strangl (Phoenix Energy) ref on this LinkedIn comment, re NF. "Great story follows about vision, perseverance and remaining focused on a worthwhile objective despite countless obstacles since 2016. Phoenix Energy's Northfork Community Power project is on track for commissioning and commercial operation in late 2023. More years than I care to think about however Greg Stangl never gives up... We are thrilled to be part of Greg's vision and plan to reduce California wildfire risk while producing low Carbon electricity and biochar! Northeast - Western Energy Systems has two INNIO Group Jenbacher JGS 612's producing 1984 kWe off EQTEC plc's gasification process. Woody waste from California into low carbon electric power and biochar completes a low carbon solution while reducing California wildfire potential. Commercial operation is in line of sight!!! Phoenix Energy's Blue Mountain project is pending U.S. Forest Service support and final capitalization. Two more INNIO Group Jenbacher JMS 620's; 4000 kW from California forestry wood waste reduces wildfire risk and provides much needed low carbon electricity for California. " | m4rtinu
09/4/2023 04:53 | Fundraises usually happen at a discounts? Have fundraises on Aim recently been happening at larger discounts than usual? Does the warrants issued with each new share mean that a further discount would be expected? A large % of the fundraise went to reprofiling two loans also so maybe this would also have a bearing on the price. Altair bought £2.19m worth of shares at 1.5p which are now worth £292k so they have previously been very supportive. Also, there is a chance for other investors now to buy shares with warrants at 0.22p, or 0.2p on the open market. | mathieson84
05/4/2023 21:56 | A few posters were wondering why the fundraise was at such a discount. 1 March - RNS Altair Group (linked to David Palumbo) sells 5.95% of EQTEC (#EQT). This would have been at a share price of more than 0.25p. 21 March - RNS Altair 'comes to the rescue' and subscribes to placing at 0.22p - a hefty discount of 23%. The fundraise would have had to be discounted so that Altair could put the money from selling EQTEC shares at the higher price back into buying new shares. If I was a cynic I would say it looks like a money-go-'round at the expense of other investors. | jimtech
03/4/2023 10:43 | The economics of the Agrigas plant will be improved by the production of biochar as well as electricity to be sold to the grid. Heating via hot water produced is a potential future revenue stream from greenhouses, industial, etc. The Agrigas EQT plant at Larissa, Greece uses pelletized agricultural waste material as input (not wood chip) and will produce electricity, heat, biochar. "The gasifier is powered by biomass in pellet form For this reason there is an agripellet production line which can be used for other uses such as animal feed, fuel. At the same time, at the exit of the gasification system we get a quantity biocarbonation (biochar) which is sold as fertilizer and / or as a raw material for the cement and asphalt industry. Overall the unit produces approximately 400 tons of biochar on an annual basis." | stevea171
03/4/2023 09:37 | Thanks to RollonRetirement and Aandi for the find: Lord Kahn, member of the House of Lords has newly become "'Strategic adviser to the Board, EQTEC plc (waste to energy company)' ...and also a shareholder! This is an interesting appointment. We will have to wait to see if any value accrues to Eqtec through his contacts in NW England (Deeside and Southport projects), the EU and Westminster. Lord Khan, 43, former MEP and former Mayor of Burnley, nominated by the leader of the Labour Party, Sir Keir Starmer, Wajid becomes the youngest opposition peer in the House of Lords. He graduated in law from University of Central Lancashire in 2002, before completing a Masters in European law in 2004. "I’m a really modern and progressive thinker and I think the Lords needs to ensure it reflects the views of the people.” | stevea171
31/3/2023 10:42 | Thanks to Martinu for this Linkedin news. It seems North Fork is really gonna happen and is moving towards production with taking on of production staff who will have to be paid. So funds must be available for this through to start up. This summer? "Phoenix Energy is now hiring for its North Fork Community Power biomass plant. Hiring for positions for Sr and Jr operators, maintenance technichians. Come see us at the Madera County job fair in Oakhurst. We are here until 6!! #hiring #job #energy #power Greg Stangl Phoenix Energy Earthworks Biochar" "Was so great to have Prof Gerardo Diaz and his team out in North Fork this week. We are looking forward to having University of California, Merced and our partners @EQTEC really bring the state of gasification forward." Agrigas, Larissa, Greece was also hiring a short while ago whilst cold commissioning was underway. This could be the next EQT plant to start operations. Closely followed by North Fork. FC on Croatia MDC could happen in April following their site visit to Italia MDC with build and start up by end of this year seems to be the aim. Italia MDC, North Fork and Croatia MDC should release considerable funds that have been tied up as well as generating ongoing revenue from support & mtnce contracts. | stevea171 |
