05/7/2018 10:09 | For the avoidance of any doubts I have lowered my buy target from 0.7p to 0.55p. Hope this helps. KoT | king of thieves
05/7/2018 10:01 | I don't see this being much different to the last CLN and the market is reacting towards the share price hitting 0.6p in the next few weeks or even lower | mertymcs
05/7/2018 09:57 | PC, Not sure if finance for construction has been arranged, the first loan instalment doesn't even cover repaying the CULNs and the placing will have cost and some of that will have to make up the balance of the CULN repayment, just about enough left for working capital before the interest on the new loan kicks in. The second instalment isn't due for 6 months and the placing will have costs (look at the costs of the last one!). So keep the lights on monies raised but not enough for them to start building out a project or even gearing up to it. I see the Newry gasification plant could be used in Vietnam, It was produced for Bulgaria, couldn't be used there, then transported to Newry, to not be used there, it is already several years old and cannot be construed as state of the art now, hence probably why it has to go to Vietnam. I will caution that with all these projects there will be delays and disappointments there always has been, from Newry, Enfield, Plymouth, Newry mark 2, Clay Cross, they have always had the projects some with contracts signed, but they never raised the project costs and the delays, just meant they kept having these smaller raises to keep the lights on and even then a couple of times the lights were turned off temporarily until creditors accepted the bill to turn them on again and shareholders were diluted to oblivion.... | troutisout
05/7/2018 09:33 | Yes, trout, at least we are all agreed that they can get started now that finance has been arranged.29/6/18Outl | patientcapital
05/7/2018 09:13 | Dilution at 0.6p as well. Shame on directors. | bob1995
05/7/2018 09:06 | PC, They have always had projects, the problem was getting the finance to get them started. This is why Ebioss wanted the AIM listing, rather than trying on the Madrid MAB. However the amount of shares sloshing around and the problems with getting finance has left EQT looking a bit poorly. The sub penny SP, number of shares in issue have left it vulnerable and certainnly noot an attractive route to raise money. The last CULN drew down £1.5m and has cost shareholders (including Ebioss) a huge dilution. Even now they are paying 10% interest on the loan to pay off the CULN outstanding amount. This Company in it's any guises has always botched the financing and Mr Madden presides over this, while paying himself an extortionate amount of remuneration. Hopefully the BoD changes alluded to will be his departure.... | troutisout
05/7/2018 09:04 | God so glad out at over a penny! Thought there was not going to be dilution ? ! | jon1962
05/7/2018 08:58 | Luis Sanchez, CEO of EQTEC plc, said: "As stated previously, the pipeline of projects is increasing in size and quality, we are making good progress and expect to sign contracts on two projects and subsequently start design and construction of at least one waste-to-energy gasification facility in the UK as well as another project overseas. In addition, we have several other longer-term projects at various levels of advancement, all of which gives the Board confidence going forward." | patientcapital
05/7/2018 08:55 | Well another botched finance job and look at the amount of shares to dilute. So they basically got rid of the CULN at 0.6p, remember what the price was when they announced it. Look at the dilution that has resulted in the CULN debacle. It looks like they are trying to force Ebioss to also invest to retain their 50%+ holding. Lastly they have a habit of confusion when describing finance deals, so which figure do we take as the net/after expenses figure from these two statements in the RNS. Not sure if either cover the outstanding amount, conveniently stated in £'s so to look smaller than the $ amount to be used to pay it off (It will need $1,530206 to cover it at today's rate). "-- The first instalment of the loan facility (net amount of approximately US$1.48 million) will be used primarily to redeem in full the amount outstanding under the convertible loan facility entered into by the Company on 28 February 2018. As at the date of this announcement, the redemption amount is GBP1.155 million." "The Company will receive net approximately US$1.3 million after expenses from the first instalment. The Company will use the proceeds of the first instalment of the Loan Facility to redeem the amount outstanding under the convertible loan facility entered into by the Company on 28 February 2018. As at the date of this announcement, the redemption amount is GBP1.155 million." | troutisout
