29/3/2022 09:21 | Well I have become nervous but will have to disappoint you as I will not be leaving anytime soon. Peeps here have a right to express concerns . | juju44
29/3/2022 09:05 | If the nervous and the weak willed exit then all the better for it. | aja2
29/3/2022 09:04 | Don't understand why the share price is going down on this news. | vatnabrekk
29/3/2022 08:57 | Where has all the last placing money gone? Hard not to be nervous and todays rush for the exit is hard to watch | juju44
29/3/2022 08:43 | RNS: £10m loan facility. "The Company will use the proceeds of the Loan Facility to fund further growth and development activities in its key markets, and for general working capital purposes." | m4rtinu
29/3/2022 08:27 | New Arden note out: .....The purpose of the new debt is to support and maintain pace on EQTEC’s various growth projects, particularly the company’s important market development centre projects. The new funding will also help to cover increased investment in France and the USA, increased headcount as the company is built out, and also increases in working capital. We can appreciate how a growing company like EQTEC would need further funds at this time, and we can see the logic of taking what should be a relatively small amount of bridging financing as debt, helping control the cost of capital and potentially limit equity dilution. We await further news on the company’s growth projects. | bradders51
29/3/2022 08:25 | Looks a good deal to me. Reasonable rates and timescales. Solves any near term funding issues. Onwards and upwards. | bradders51
29/3/2022 08:22 | I disagree; looks to me like a bridging loan prior to revenue coming in as well as providing an option to invest in new projects. If they paid this off within 3 months due to the aforementioned this would not incur any share related performance fees; the next quarter should be pretty eventful. | aja2
29/3/2022 08:16 | Last year's shareholder tap at 1.5p has left a bad smell . Punters would be unlikely to support another hand out | juju44
29/3/2022 08:14 | Poor loan plan. Expensive & will create dilution. Should have tapped up the shareholders not line the pockets of the city boys. | bobby.ifa
29/3/2022 07:47 | Not pleasing the market . Hard to win here | juju44
24/3/2022 15:29 | Thanks aja, I knew there was some loose Kibo link. | cmackay
22/3/2022 14:33 | From 95 million to 4 billion Mcap or over 3900% in 3 years? ITM pretty much did it but that was from an incredibly low position. Never say never but as you intimate, pretty absurd expectations; I anticipate 5-10p dependant on how fast they can go from contract to installation; lots of variables in there though the current geopolitics should help accelerate at least one of those. | aja2
22/3/2022 13:27 | "I’m here long term I’m hoping 2025 is my exit year hopefully and I’m betting or rather hoping we get to see this share fly to above 40p." Absolute pipedream!! If this achieves between 5p to 10p that will be some achievement over the next 3 years. I would be backing the lower figure!! Even that would be a good return though!! | rat attack
21/3/2022 11:05 | Kibo says it has just spent another £10M which it doesn't have on a project in Zimbabwe, and is suspended while it conjures news shares up. Curiously worded statement re Billingham, where it is only weakly commited ... "On completion of the Transaction, Kibo will have exposure to: · the transition-to-renewa o reserve power in the UK market via its 55% controlling stake in Mast Energy (MAST.L); and o waste-to-energy (WTE) through its WTE project in South Africa and potential 54% acquisition of the Billingham WTE 25MWe syngas power generation plant in the UK · the fully renewable energy growth market (solar power); and · long duration storage." So where were you Kibo when Billingham needed someone to conjure up £8M to buy the site in February? You (potentially) own a controlling stake in a venture which needs funding to get it going, but you passed over the chance. | marktime1231
21/3/2022 08:14 | They have a potential agreement with Eqtec pertaining to Billingham. | aja2
21/3/2022 07:38 | Temporary suspension announced at Kibo "pending an announcement and publication of an admission document." I might be mistaken but weren't they linked to eqtec? Sorry if I've got that wrong, I've been unwell all weekend | cmackay
20/3/2022 22:43 | Here for long term, very frustrating 12/14 months. The ups and downs are frustrating, the company seem to have a path it’s going down, but just need to see some steady rise now, I’m here long term I’m hoping 2025 is my exit year hopefully and I’m betting or rather hoping we get to see this share fly to above 40p. What are your long term thoughts? | phoenix36
