Just as an update - I held onto 25% of my holding "in the hope" of a bullish update this evening. So with a declining share price and failure to take the opportunity to update investors this evening, I will now be offloading the remainder of my holding. What a shame!!

Hmmmm....Not at all happy with the message this is giving out! I was a big investor here, I have effectively lost all my profits and I'm sorry but after being a stalwart supporter of Epistem, I can't help feel that there is something seriously "going wrong" within the company. I can't work it out at the moment, but I just feel there is more bad news sorry unless they can come clean and explain why we have lost 36% off the share price in recent weeks!!
From a VERY disappointed investor!

OK Thanks Aim Trader - I have sold 75% of my stake at roughly a 10% profit - I reviewed all the fundamentals and decided to retain an interest as EHP are a company I still think are doing the right thing at the right time. I remain concerned at the nature of the share price fall. I quite fancy a trip to London so I will see if I can make the update although at the moment I am already spoken for on the 2nd - are you able to attend??
I would like to find out why BD walked away, I have personally had dealings with BD and they are a smart outfit so EHP need to come clean here, clearly the loss of this relationship has more significance than I realised. Why??? That will be my question if I attend.

Not sure Aim Trader - I don't like the look of this at all! Reaction to the last update should have been worked through by now. Is there more bad news out there?

No patent for Biomarkers: US Supreme Court ruling
Posted on July 31, 2012

US Supreme Court recently passed a judgment that biomarkers cannot be patented because they merely stem from a process reciting a law of nature. This might potentially have far reaching consequences, with current and future patents based on laws of nature rejected (e.g. DNA sequences).
