15/7/2020 15:11 | Clearly not many still interested in this stock - usually someone posts on these boards when there's been an RNS! Not often I'm the first... 15 July 2020 Enwell Energy plc ("Enwell" or the "Company") Spud of SV-25 Well Enwell Energy plc (AIM: ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, is pleased to announce the spudding of the SV-25 well at its 100% owned and operated Svyrydivske (SV) gas and condensate field in Ukraine. The well has a target depth of 5,320 metres, with drilling operations scheduled to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2021, and, subject to successful testing, production hook-up during the second quarter of 2021. The well is an appraisal well, with its primary targets being the B-20, B-22 and B-23 horizons in the Visean formation. Sergii Glazunov, Chief Executive Officer, said : "We are looking forward to the safe and efficient drilling of the SV-25 well, which we hope will continue our success in the development of our fields." | soggy
07/7/2020 21:07 | Seems to be a good update with an increase in production of %12.5 compared to 2Q of 2019. Yet the share price is still stagnant?? Looks like this new name didn't do us or RPT any good. It has taken RPT off investors map. Its not as yet even listed on the British bulls website. | maloneyt
03/7/2020 23:58 | this line from the original announcement to acquire Arkona licence is encouraging in the event of ruling against Arkona.."The Acquisition Agreement contains representations, warranties and indemnities, which are customary for this type of transaction and entitle the Company to defer consideration payments and/or seek recovery of previously paid tranches of consideration in the event of a breach of the Acquisition Agreement." | vk1971
03/7/2020 21:11 | well there is few of us I guess who are still invested. Don't like them releasing this late on Friday even worse is why did they pay Arkona half of the money of $4M knowing that licence can still be challenged in lower court. I am bit confused as to why is this allowed in lower court when apparently Supreme Court has already ruled in favour of Arkona. In RNS they say correctly that remainder of their payment which is another $4M is protected and doesn't have to be paid but what about money already paid? is this going to be lost if Arkona loses? RNS obviously shows confidence in Arkona winning so maybe situation is not that bad but you'd think them thinking about this before and not paying them anything until fully resolved. I hope this will not impact ENW share price on Monday as it is already too low comparing to their cash and the fact that last piece of news was positive well result increasing ENW production by approx. 10% and share price hardly moved on that. If this goes lower Ill prob buy more | vk1971
03/7/2020 21:01 | Where is everyone. Am I the only one left here or do the others still think its RPT. News out after hours today. Can't understand why ENW acquires a company if it's licence is disputed. Any views. Also no news about the results of the AGM that was on 23.6.2020, which is unusual. | maloneyt
19/6/2020 13:47 | JKX share price seems to be shooting up, yet this one seems to have gone to sleep, and is falling with the new name. Clearly must have gone off the radar of investors. The company needs to advertise the new name, so the share price can get moving back up again, with all that cash, and good production. | maloneyt
