ARUP = "Collaborative agreement with ERT to identify commercial
opportunities for the development of products using the PIM process
from recycled plastic in the construction and engineering
sectors."

ARUP consortium win Dubai construction contract and ENRT directors
announce uptake to come on transformational news.

In the terms of AIM Rules published 13 May 2014 and insofar as it
is aware, at 5 June 2014, 34.56% of the Company's AIM securities
were not in public hands. The Directors holdings are (57,892,736)
6.66%.

AGM Statement, Result of meeting and Directorate Changes

At the Company's Annual General meeting held at 12 noon today, the
Chairman Ken Brooks will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to say that the significant commercial progress made
behind the scenes last year is now bearing fruit. We have been
working closely with ARUP for some time and are about to enter into
the next stage of our joint endeavour. Matters are deeply
commercially sensitive but shareholders will be advised in due
course of the detail of what we believe will be an exciting
transformational development.”

At long last it appears that ENRT may be about to realize some of
its potential.
A very positive statement at the agm and close to tying up a
strategic partnership. If the various bits of Lee Clayton's plan
fall into place over the coming weeks and months, it will be lead
to the long overdue success of the pim process roll out. If only it
had been done years ago. Lee Clayton has put months of incredibly
hard work into this and finally there is light. Old, antiquated and
useless members of the board are also being put out to graze with
the sheep, again should have happened years ago.
