Listing Document dated 19 September 2017 in respect of the issue of GBP5,614,875 7.00 per cent. Extendable PIK Toggle Notes due 15 April 2022 (the "Additional Notes") (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP160,424,998 7.00 per cent. Extendable PIK Toggle Notes originally due 15 February 2022, as extended to 15 April 2022 (the "Existing Notes")) under the Company's GBP500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, as supplemented by a Supplementary Listing Document dated 22 September 2017.
