If Brent averages 70+ throughout 2021 this should be trading closer to 50p in 12 months times as long as operationally no issues....

Not really. If the existing business + GEAD acquisition give off £500 million free cash flow a year at current oil prices and they have half production hedged forward they wouldn`t miss £40 million a year. Quick way to boost the share price if they wish to.

Enquest is going to rise though. Closing in on getting the paperwork done and a clear assessment of 1st half profits and cash flow. Things to look out for write backs of previous oil price related write downs and a possible Divi. Taking £40 million out for that would give a Divi of over 10% at 21p/share. Over 5% at 40p/share. When GEAD deal closes £40 million will be less than 1 months cash flow at current oil prices
