firtashia, I don't think that we will lose out.A take out share price of c £5+ would be my expectation. Timing - no idea but the current mgt seem keen to move the company along.

Hi Sharesure4, presumably taking it private i.e. delisting will be bad for us, doesnt delisting tend to occur at a much lower share price i.e. its about shareholders getting fleeced on the cheap? Would welcome your thoughts.

With two directors buying stock today and a new high, I would reckon on better than expected results due to be announced in a few weeks and a bigger dividend. It could even be followed by a deal to buy the company or take it private; that would add further impetus to the share price Seems a good hold/buy for a couple of months and then a profit at the end of it. DYOR and see if you come up with the same conclusion.

Spoke to them about it at the AGM. They said they were keen to pick some more shares when available, but suffered from the same lack of liquidity on the offer as everyone else.

Yes I do like holding this stock. It moves on news only. No IIs affecting the price for reasons related to portfolio management & no traders affecting the price due to the high spread. And therefore no "noise" in the chart. Ascending chart because the business is doing well, thats the bottom line. Famous last words, I'm sure..

Amazed there's very few people here on either of these threads, battlebus. If current trading is mirrored for the rest of the year, ETQ's PBT could hit £1m by year end. And that could be a conservative estimate as the TS states that that the fan coil market is expected to become more buoyant over the next 9-12 months.

There seems to be a trend in that the price falls somewhile after news and then does a rapid rise on news. Next news is likely late July/August for the first quarter. I suspect some positive comment and a forward p/e of 9. The price should move up smartly-say £3. There also appears some healthy buys today.

ETQ was doing that in the US 10 years ago.

Re missing the "top up boat" - have made a mental note not to get caught out again here or elsewhere as I had cash sitting doing nothing that could easily have been invested early.

Oh well you live and learn - even at my age!
