reverse takeover are rarely productive ,unless in same area, what would be the attraction of diffusion.the board are solely defending their position ,tchenguiz cares nought for the minority shareholders.two of whom are actively in opposition as regards strategy.maybe if T was made a reasonable offer they would sell, otherwise the company will drift aimlessly, excuse the pun.

The company is recovering very strongly,is well financed and could attract either a bid or reverse takeover activity.Either way the Tchenguiz want out. This company is now no more than an irritation to them.We as minority shareholders must ensure that our position is well looked after in the event of any corporate activity.

What is the record for share consolidations in any one quoted company?

And will ETQ beat it this year?

Not a holder, but with a Market Cap of £1.2m and Net Assets of £2m+ this is now interesting.

The main markets for the company should be picking up as well.

littlemadam, I agree.

I wasted a lot of money on this garbage.

However, new laws concerning outlawing obsolete air con units could provide some growth in their market.

We can only wait and see.
