I suppose people are selling because there are so many opportunities out there at the moment. METRO has doubled in short order, KIER beginning to move up and even STAF recovering. No news here so sell and double your money elsewhere and then buy back here lower. Hanging on and hanging on for news. Dungheap should have been a done deal by now considering how long we've all been left waiting.

Not sure Conrad would disclose anything on Twitter! They're a private company and get no upside from spruiking to retail punters. There will be no announcements until there is news of a sale of Indo and/or path to financing China drill. In the meantime, I encourage you to follow Javier Blas's excellent coverage of crude markets. Three interesting posts recently: 1/ WTI futures curve flattening compared to deep contango just three weeks ago (no incentive to anchor VLCCs off Singapore full of crude and sell futures against it. This trade (cash and carry) is typical of an oversupplied, bear market and psychologically unhelpful if you're trying to offload great assets at their full potential; 2/ For the first time since 1859, USA will lose its crown as the largest refiner to China; 3/ Inbound containers into Long Beach and LA ports (1/3 of US container traffic) at record high due to post first wave restocking. This is a significant boost to diesel demand for trucking, even when individual mobility is impacted. I would encourage investors to focus less on imminent news and more on the asymmetric payoff here and the building rebound in petroleum prices at precisely the right time for EME shareholders.
