It would be better to have explained what the multiple raises were for, and why we got to the stage of being out of cash in weeks, and rather some forward planning, which could have been at pre covid levels? second, their payday comes every month, thank you very much, $500k/a. Curry, it's better to do multiple smaller raisings and minimise dilution particularly when the share price reflected a collapsing energy market, world economy, negative nearby futures prices in the USA and, consequently, a delay in the cash flow we had anticipated from Indo. This is all beyond anyone's control and just bad luck. But it also worth remembering that TK and Gaz's payday does not come from salary as some may insinuate. Both of them will become extremely wealthy when this plays out. Their interests, as difficult as some may find it to concede, are perfectly aligned with ours. The lack of communication should not concern; it just means when there is something meaningful to say, the market will take notice of the RNS. Meantime, the MM will have a bit of fun scalping 1 p here and there on a few hundred K lots. It's their day job. But that's not where the real money is.

Thought I'd check in on the website (must have been bored) and notice the 'Other projects' page is giving a '404 error not found'.Not sure if this is a new thing or it has been like this a while? Knowing a bit about websites I looked at the source code but couldn't find any trace of it. It might be being updated or could of course just have been accidentally deleted or unpublished.

Curry, It beats me 🤷🏻‍♂️ I thought we were fully funded for Duyung 3 placings ago 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would imagine a couple of the placing were for “ahem” General company running costs 🤷🏻‍♂️

WCJ, It was Shore Capital and I remember because Jerry Keen who used to be prolific in the city with placings for Shore Cap was at the AGM. Begorrah. Also correct the shares not taken up in the Placing/Rights issue did not get issued it would have had to be announced, I also believe Longstate were probably selling before the news came out for them providing £200k in the last placing.

Until he formally updates his long suffering shareholders on whether progress is still being made or not he is able to say anything he likes in private.If progress was/is still being made then why the refusal to say so?

TK is as frustrated as all other shareholders by the delays that have caused more shares to be issued than he wanted. Said delays have largely been caused by Covid, making negotiations that much harder with the back drop of such uncertainty and price pressures in the o&g markets. That uncertainty is beginning to clear and with it will come the progress we are all after. Who knows, once the Duyung deal is sorted, maybe he'll do a share buy back scheme to effectively nullify some of the recent placings. Imo

Any description of TK’s progress as glacial, suggests an even greater rate of progress and urgency than is apparent. But for his stake in the business, no one in their right mind would remain a shareholder. He doesn’t respond to shareholders unless it is to let you know that you have been successful in acquiring more shares in one of the numerous placing. He needn’t ask again, he’d be wasting his breath. The Board needs to provide a timetable of future events and commit to marking off its success, or otherwise, in meeting those target events. I suspect the adoption of that suggestion is about as unlikely as a donkey with a broken leg winning the Derby.

we are awash with shares because of cheap dilution In January we did a placing, in april we did a placing, end april we did an open offer, and we had comments like this on the BB whipsawtom - 12 May 2020 Total amount raised is £826k and provides the necessary working capital to get through to a transaction on Duyung. Its all been taken up by existing shareholders and directors! then blow me down with a feather, another placing for £850k in september

TK doesn't have all that much control over what his placees do. I vaguely remember him talking at an AGM (say 5 years ago) when we had endured a similar bout of endless selling that a lot of the shares had been placed with people who he had thought had been long-term investors, only to find after the placing that he had been led up the garden path. AFMDM (All from my dodgy memory).

A good sign is that a mm is happy to take that number of shares on at 4.2p - presumably be confident of passing them on at a profit. 10 days ago the seller wouldn't even have got 3.2p. Imo
