Hi GrahamMarket seems to be very hard on staffing companies at the moment. Check out Interquest they are even cheaper, 2016 PE of 6.6! Maybe this is an opportunity in this sector.Baz

On 3 Sept at the interims the Board announced that results would be ahead of expectations.

On 21 Jan the Board announced that results would be even higher than those revised expectations.

On 3rd Sept, it closed at 80p. On 21 Jan it closed at 87p.

Despite two upgrades, and delivering really good growth, the share price is hardly higher than six months ago.

I don't get all this talk of the next downturn. As of today these are still a great buy.

I couldn't agree more with harrogate's post. The debt might look fine now that their markets are fairly buoyant but it won't look so good come the next downturn given their weighting towards industrial recruitment.

the US acquisition has potential to improve the rating imo due to the counter cyclical/structural growth characteristics

the two large non-exec/individual shareholders are presumably still lightening here but at least they are being absorbed, perhaps by the newish shareholders who participated in the placing as part of the US acquisition

I am ok (now) with the debt figure, since cash flow is strong. It is always a fine balance between divi's and paying down debt, to keep investors interested.

They are pretty much as flagged and to be honest I would prefer they paid down debt than increased the dividend. There do seem to be a few decent sized sellers as this is at 90p- £1 and we might need to see them cleared. Will be interesting to see if the numbers for 2016 move - if they go up that would get us back some momentum. With the debt I am not sure a PE much higher than 10 is warranted -

Excellent positive results.

Next debt almost 1:1 with Pre-Tax profits.
PE around 10x
Basic Free Cash Flow almost in line with Earnings Per Share, and divi safely covered.

Hopefully markets will respond.

Results look pretty positive. Beat forecasts, net debt down, dividend up, "exciting prospects". They say the US acquisition ( the first for a while) has bedded in.

Overall pretty good. 9.9p adjusted eps puts them on 8.5x which seems a bit stingy

The Board has reviewed the dividend in the light of the positive trading result, stronger balance sheet and reduction in total debt. The Board intends to follow a progressive dividend policy in line with trading performance and for the year ended 31 December 2015 the Board has proposed a final dividend of 1.0p per share (2014: 0.7p per share) which, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 31 May 2016 to shareholders on the register on 9 May 2016.

9 May is a Monday so presumably this date is incorrect,

Pulling away nicely, breaking out from the (twice tested) recent support level.

VERY encouraging, and buyers appearing with more frequency pre 2 March.

Best indicator of MMs shrewdness, and anticipation of a price move upwards is my attempt to buy a reasonable size again today....taken to market, and quoted 3.5p over the displayed offer........lovely. Good job I have so many, and I am happy to add at NMS.
