27/1/2016 10:39 | interesting the RNS on holdings in companies have shown material decreases from 2 different entities. perhaps that is what is keeping the share price down despite the upbeat recent trading statement? May IMO provide an opportunity before the early March results? | qs99
25/1/2016 12:51 | Video interview with the CEO on the company's outlook and strategy: | 03jojones
21/1/2016 22:54 | The pound is also weakening against the dollar and the euro so I think there's even more upside in the coming months. Happy days! | spbcscw
21/1/2016 17:52 | Considering the bounce that some things had today, I am surprised EMR did not join in. It was marked up first thing then never budged. Eps forecasts are going to be up about 10% ( to get from existing forecasts to a number that is "up23%") and the shares did not match that rise. Maybe some spooked by talk of currency headwinds for the current year, though Arden has not adjusted the 2016 forecast. EMR are getting a pretty good track record at beating forecasts. A year ago forecasts were for about 7.2p in 2015 the year just ended, but are going to end up closer to 10p. Any company that can increase forecasts by 25-35% during the course of the trading year must be doing something right and gives a level of comfort for the 2016 numbers There are not many companies that were up 130% in the year 2015, but still trade on only 10x | graham1ty
21/1/2016 17:36 | Arden keen:- Empresaria shares could "materially outperform", according to broker Shares in the specialist staffing group Empresaria (LON:EMR) have scope to “materially outperform” over the next year, according to the company’s broker Arden Partners. In a note published shortly after a bullish trading update, Arden said the company’s shares are worth 130p each. They are trading at a 50% discount to this valuation. “Profit delivery and current trading trends support the view Empresaria is firmly in growth mode,” Arden said. Earlier the company said a recent round of investment is paying off and that full-year profitability will come in ahead of City forecasts. It overcame “adverse currency head winds” created principally by a weaker euro to post a 23% advance in adjusted pre-tax earnings, while fee income rose 10%. Net debt fell by over a quarter at £7.3mln, a figure that included the term loan used to fund the October acquisition of Pharmaceutical Strategies in the USA. Arden Partners has raised its pre-tax profit forecast to £7.5mln from £7.2mln for 2015. Its profit number remains at £8.6mln for the current year........ ...Empresaria shares, up 115% in the last year, advanced a further 4% to 87p after the trading statement. This still only values the business at £43mln, or around eight times forward earnings. Empresaria should be on a “double digit” multiple of earnings, Arden said. It concluded: “We believe the current share price represents a valuation anomaly providing scope for material outperformance should present growth trends be sustained.” Source:- proactiveinvestors.c | jeff h
21/1/2016 16:33 | Anyone see new forecasts ? | graham1ty
21/1/2016 15:51 | Some large trades which might be an institution selling into the rise today which could have the effect of holding the price back perhaps. | cfro
21/1/2016 14:33 | Bought in here today. Very upbeat statement and i suspect perhaps better than even some envisaged. Recruitment is definitely a good sector to be invested in. Especially the UK sector. | cfro
21/1/2016 12:25 | Adjusted Profit before tax in 2014 was £6.1m. +23% so for 2015 so looks like Profit before Tax of £7.5m. | jeff h
