The IC tip is reproduced by H-L and makes a good read.

The main positive points are that finances are under control and the growth to 10,000 beds is going well.

The NAV forecast is 112p for 2016 and 129p for the year after which equates to a forward discount to NAV of 15%

The main risk factors are that in time demand could be fully satisfied and then rental growth might stop and a cap on overseas students could be imposed.

Overall I am very comfortable with my holding which is now substantial.

has anyone got the money for un-allocated subscription shares returned? Mine still waiting and not sure why it takes so long to have the money back to the account as they seem to take it promptly.

Looking at my account right now I'm confused as to what I've got. I'm just about to phone my broker. Can anyone please confirm their allocation of shares? Thanks.

They haven't said, have they ... suggests to me that the offer (min 1,000 shs) will be allocated in full and the placing (min 50,000 shs) scaled back.

you'll know your allocations on Monday 27th, I think.
