If your not happy then sell up and move on. Your rubbish posts are boring. Placing to expand is how junior minors progress. The board have options at double the current share price, hardly a rinse is it?

wow... if this gets any stronger I'll have to get my next meal at the soup-kitchen! ...At least they're tweeting pictures with nuggets. Lets see if that convinces the big investors, the deep pocketed guys and gals. Let's hope they also can't sniff out the odds of a placing or two in the next few weeks? P.s. Are we seeing a vomiting camel pattern here? GL.

He hasn't left his still on the board? If you read any rns or even listen to his interviews this was always planned?. Most likely lining up an empire buy out or just simply speeding up the on going sale of Georgia..

It's amazing how many wannabe investors spout their mouths without researching.Struthers isn't here for Auz, he will follow the georgia asset. Oh dear.

He was brought in for Georgia you muppet, and he's staying on the board for Georgia with options at 4p. We now also have a fan static land owner who we have partnered up in Aussie with. Looks to have plenty of potential assets. Menzies is surrounded by a Aussie company finding loads of high grade gold. Imagine what's in the middle of all that. We are about to find out, Menzies looks the real deal and I for one are very excited about this new project and to see what Eclipse and Jacks dream have in store for us. Gold on the up, exciting times here. New MD that is Australian based, he looks a good find and very well respected. We have a great board.GlA, DYOR

Struthers jumping ship is my main concern here . If they had a good future he would not be going . I never trust these guys

Good find. Looks like they are in the right area then. Would be impressive to match those numbers. I think there is good potential here but do feel that the Georgia asset is holding us back but see this as being a really good move for the company

Our new project is bang next door to theirs Kingwest Resources Ltd (ASX:KWR) is a mining and exploration company engaged in advancing its gold projects into production as well as discovering new gold resources in its highly prospective projects in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The flagship Menzies Gold Project (MGP) is one of Western Australia's major historical goldfields and covers a contiguous land package over a strike length of more than 15 kilometres. The MGP has recorded historical production of 643,200 ounces at 22.5 g/t gold from underground between 1895 and 1943 plus 145,000 ounces at 2.6 g/t open cut between 1995 and 1999, for a total of 787,200 ounces at 18.9 g/t.

GTA5, Well I think I differ from you on this point. Do you not think that exploring other projects could be indicative of the confidence that they have in Eclipse delivering? Exploring other projects has been mooted many times by the board so it isn't a new strategy. If one were to wait for Georgia then they would be relinquishing control because that could come next week, month, year...

lukewarner222, I think the issue is not the 6K or the fact that they're hunting for new acreage. It's the fact that they're shifting the goalposts. I have no doubt that 6k could turn into 60K and a fantastic open pit mine and that Jack's dream might give great results and grades. ...But to "bank on it" to expand into other projects before proven is a whole different game, and one that AIM companies keep doing since it's easy to keep the placings coming.... I'd like to see early production from Eclipse (That incidetally will also need fresh capital from your pockets) BEFORE spending more on speculative prospecting in other locations. That is why extracting cash from the failed Georgian JV is so key, as it would give them a chance to break the "placing --- explore ---placing ---explore -placing.." cycle...and actually try to deliver something tangible on what's being explored. Sorry, might sound fed up, but look at this over the last 10 years and you ask yourself what the hell? rinse and repeat taken to silly levels. GTA>

You clearly didn't read the rns... the 6000 estimate was based on the lowest off take from the current drilling... bear in mind we are still drilling at eclipse and Jack's dream. So all Mike was saying was based on the worst off take of the current information we would get a jorc to go into production with a profitable mine. The actual jorc will be a much more I would think, hard to say before the next essays but most certainly more than 6000!!

I like it, but want to see current project developed and Georgia sold some time in the next nine months. Otherwise, it’s always a bridesmaid and never a bride.

Fair points though that is the pattern with so many junior explorers. However I don't think one can complain that Eclipse is too small but insist that we wait for cash flow from that project before engaging in other opportunities. It would be nice to see money rolling in from Georgia and Eclipse and build consecutive projects but that isn't how things work and opportunities don't necessarily turn up on cue. Sentiment could change very quickly here but for the moment the market agrees with you, so...! I do think the outgoing CEO, though he threw a spanner, did do a great deal to refocus the company and took very little in terms of income. I hope this is the continuation of that process and we aren't looking at career management. We'll see. I reserve the right to change my mind at any stage!

Geko, my concern is that the company has a bit of a history exploring but not delivering. If you want to be blunt about it It's been diluting value to shareholders since the first day on AIM over a decade ago: https://www.investegate.co.uk/noricum-gold--nmg-/rns/first-day-of-dealings-on-aim/201012170700051390Y/ Since then they've been jumping from opportunity to opportunity spending other people's money exploring but not producing, doing a few placings, share consolidations and directorate changes and company re-namings ever since, but even the most rose-tinted onlookers would start to see a pattern, don't you think? My view is that credibility is pretty low and they'd do well in focusing on getting cash in rather than out for a change. Even if it was early production in a tiny open pit operation targeting 6K ounces, at least it would give credibility to fund other explorations. Now instead what you have is one MGMT leaving with nothing behind and a new guy jumping on with new risky exploration to be done and financed. Not too impressed I must admit. -GTA.

GTA5, I don't really understand your point about risking the exploration cash. Yes it is a risk but they are an explorer and that's what explorers do. They need to expand beyond the current projects and that seems a reasonable way to do it. I agree it would be better if they had cash from Georgia but they clearly aren't in control of that timeframe and they can't just sit on their hands waiting for a resolution on that front.

So why does the share price fall on a good RNS??

Saracen; how to you deduce that? The way I understand the situation, If the Candelaria offer is accepted, Empire get Candelaria shares, and only if development milestones are hit. Likely both the shares and possible milestone clauses have serious time implications. (not that I mind, but unlikely to help EEE to cover cash needs in 9months from now?)
