Very interested in buying more here if it dips below 10p |
Thanks Sambuca the objectives tie in nicely. A good map showing just how busy WA is if anyone were to doubt the mining culture prevalent there! |
An interesting read of Aus critical minerals.

And a second slower track of maybe a JV with a Japanese titanium metal producer to capture the serious value added and create local Australian jobs using federal funding? |
Wonder if EEE are thinking about running a twin development approach.
A fast early cashflow focus on titanium as a paint feed. That should be pretty quick and scalable.
Early cashflow too. |
At a guess there will be a few other new entrants over the next couple of months. There may be a couple more already at 2% who knows. Its consolidated well above 10p and any move below this will get bought into.Once July hits and the expectation of.Jorc and other news kicks in the share price will make its move. |
The drilling news may not in itself have resulted in a substantial share price increase as all eyes are now on Q3 & confirmation of what we have in an area which equates to a small % of Pitfield. However the acquisition of a declared holding of over 3% suggests that the buyer may be in for more as they could have kept below the radar if they only wanted around 3% - & that may have been worth a more notable uplift in our SP |

Looking at surrounding trades it looks like a worked buy. |

Indeed....and that's why they are firming up Thomas first and then onto Cosgrove a few months later....get a considerable MRE out as quick as they can, together with updated benificiation/recovery at a very high grade, then with expressed customer interest/demand....Bingo !! |
700k trade but buy or sell ? |
The dilution effect between the holes that often affects MRE under Jorc or NI43-101 because of hole grade variability will be at a minimum here! |
It does back up those statements but also exceeds the top end of reasonable expectations in terms of grades. My guess is even SB and the team were impressed by the drill results and hence why he looked extra chipper recently! |
Today's news backed up what Shaun has been saying in the recent videos....mineralisation in each and every drill hole....confidence in more targeted drilling to come to get us a considerable MRE....and as I said earlier Shaun lays this out in the RNS about the importance of the MRE.....IMHO |
Zero unmineralised drills!
Wonder what the US dollar worth of a tonne of average grade is worth? |
Today was in many ways expected but this was better than probably anyone had pencilled in. |
Tx both Pete |
I believe the under reaction in the market is because all these good drilling results are not perceived as new news and are basically expected based on whats gone before. Getting a MRE out there and news of a planned pilot plant would certainly give the share the boost it deserves. |
Hi Pete,I asked Shaun & Arrabella this question & the answer is "no it is not a pre-requisite for an application or approval" The previous list had ASX & TSX companies who were approved. I'd love to see us trade on the ASX and have outlined this multiple times to Shaun. ML |
Empire is destined for ASX for sure, they were clear that was their plan. They probably want the overhang that exists currently to be sorted out in London by getting Asian funds to buy in.
If this was made “Tight” it would fly on an ASX listing as domestic Aussie only pension funds added to the buying. |
Did I read/understand correctly? "23 ASX-listed explorers.." Is it that only ASX listed can access the funding...? |
Thanks Hercule. On the map, Pitfield would be positioned around where number 6 is (between the "Mid-West" label and the coast), just north-west of the center of the map. Meaning we are right in the mix for this grant, but what we need cannot be quantified properly until we have a MRE, flow sheet & production plan. I'm almost certain that when we apply (I'm assuming we will), we will get immediate approval.ML |
Titanium is a small metal so in “Risk off” times the audience is smaller.
Perhaps SB should start to highlight the military uses! |
Dont think this has been posted here but curtesy of Timberwolf on the GGP thread
WA Government spends $11 million on EIS grant winners Mining.com.au 28th April 2025
In the latest round of funding for the Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS), the Western Australian Government will spend $11.2 million across three EIS programs to 23 ASX-listed explorers.
The three programs include co-funded drilling which will receive $7.8 million, energy analysis which will receive $200,000, and co-funded geophysics which will receive $3.2 million.
The state government says encouragingly, about 50% of the applicants receiving funds for drilling are targeting critical minerals while 75% of the co-funded geophysics ventures are focused on discovering new deposits.
Under the EIS, the grant aims to support Western Australian exploration projects via direct co-investment in drilling programs, provision of pre-competitive scientific information, and support for research and development activities.
Mines and Petroleum Minister David Michael says the government’s EIS is helping to share a future where the benefits of our mineral health will last for generations... |
Fantastic update and Thomas prospect seems to be the primary target (not that Cosgrove isn't producing the goods). The multiple drill holes above 11% Ti02 is phenomenal. Pitfields scale, strategic mineral focus, and technical achievements are compelling, but success (and major share price rises) will hinge on three important areas (IMO).1) Delivering a robust Mineral Resource Estimate in July (could be later)2) Scaling the flowsheet via the demonstration plant.3) Securing commercial partnerships or funding for development.Once these items gets greenlit, forget about seeing the 10p range ever again. Gifthorse comes to mind! ML |
