20/2/2019 08:01 | Not really, spooky. Plenty of exposure to the upside with options. Modest salaries is not where these guys will find their payday. Pretty standard stuff. As we move towards feasibility stage, market should start to wake up to this ripper and Directors will be handsomely in the money. As will we. | rajawali
20/2/2019 07:41 | Does it worry you that the directors own hardly any shares? | spooky
20/2/2019 07:34 | At some point the market will wake up...Hayden Locke, CEO of Emmerson, commented:"Don is one of the most experienced potash processing experts globally, with extensive experience in crystallisation plant design and operation. We are delighted he is available to provide us with his expertise at this pivotal time for the Company, and his desire to work on the Khemisset Project reinforces our view that it is a potentially world class potash project."The Scoping Study and the previous work completed by Ercosplan provides a fantastic basis for us to begin the detailed analytical process of optimising the process flow sheet for Khemisset and then testing it in the laboratory."Through Don's review, we have successfully identified a number of areas which require attention to further de-risk the project and, notably, a number of areas where we believe there is potential to further reduce our capital and operating costs, especially on the energy consumption side." | parob
19/2/2019 13:20 | Just bought back in in 2 x 250k trades at 2.89/2.9p after reading all those stats again on population growth and forecast fertiliser requirements particularly in Brazil and Africa. Looking for an initial target price of 10p as Khemisset mine is developed 2019-2020. | adorling

14/2/2019 20:17 | EML tweeted today Currently hosting an equities analyst site visit at our world class Khemisset #Potash Project. Looking forward to the initiation of research in the coming weeks #EML | cottoner
12/2/2019 13:21 | Hayden Locke, CEO of Emmerson, commented: "Commencing the environmental baseline studies represents a further development milestone at the Khemmiset project. The ESIA will be the key document underpinning our application for a Mining Licence for the Khemisset Project. We are using local consultants with extensive in country experience, having been involved in some of the largest projects in Morocco including recently delivering an ESIA and Environmental and Social Monitoring programs to support an application for a Mining Licence." "The outstanding results of the Scoping Study for Khemisset confirmed that Emmerson controls a potentially world-class development stage potash asset and has provided us with the confidence to commence the ESIA process now to ensure our accelerated development timeline remains achievable." No Mining license??? That's what holding back the share price! | bazildonbond
12/2/2019 09:47 | Yesterday we caught up with Hayden Lock of Emmerson Plc, the company claims to have been busy delivering on there IPO promises and whilst the share price offers some short term frustration Emmerson is well capitalised with a healthy level of news flow. The Company recently released a Scoping Study which demonstrated that Khemisset has a rare combination of low capital cost to production and among the highest EBITDA margins in the industry. This resulted in outstanding economic metrics, including a post-tax NPV10 of approximately US$1.1bn using industry expert Argus FMB price forecasts.https://to | burtond1
12/2/2019 07:32 | How many co.'s have this scale of commercial (ie low capex + high margin) project (NPV10 c.$1bn) in a friendly jurisdiction & with such a big neighbour (OCP - potential buyer of project or EML!) & already funded for this year BUT sat at rock bottom sp/Mkt Cap??!! How has this not re-rated? Don't know. But I do know it HAS to rerate at some point in near future as they are getting to advanced for it not too..... | bobby1904
12/2/2019 07:11 | Another nice step forwards. The problem is they must be so stealthy the mkt doesn't seems to notice their stellar progress! When will people wake up to what we have here at a rock bottom mkt cap? | bobby1904
12/2/2019 07:06 | "The outstanding results of the Scoping Study for Khemisset confirmed that Emmerson controls a potentially world-class development stage potash asset and has provided us with the confidence to commence the ESIA process now to ensure our accelerated development timeline remains achievable." | parob
08/2/2019 06:44 | Hayden Locke certainly doing the rounds promoting the company, also in Manchester on the 23rd February i believe. | bazildonbond
05/2/2019 07:39 | Again another "directors" deal and again relatively small but as Tesco says "every little helps" "Emmerson Plc, the Moroccan focused potash development company, today announces that Mr Edward McDermott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 2.84 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr McDermott holds 350,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.056% per cent of the Company's issued share capital." | bazildonbond
04/2/2019 09:30 | Here's link to the Birmingham presentation, not a "live" presentation i may add. | bazildonbond
28/1/2019 10:18 | The CEO only bought 20k quids worth, i'd like to think it was more than a token gesture on his behalf, perhaps raising his interest to more than 0.24% may offer more confidence. A question to be asked at the investor event, as it's not market sensitive, he could answer that. | bazildonbond
28/1/2019 07:46 | The Birmingham investor event is tomorrow. We could do with more investors on board as the stock is still very much under the radar...for the time being anyway.Hayden is more aligned with shareholder interests now his stake has increased. | parob
28/1/2019 07:39 | At least the CEO knows theses shares at this price are a bloody bargain!! | bobby1904

25/1/2019 09:49 | Before any fund raising in late 2019/ early 2020 the project will have been further derisked and therefore the share price probably somewhat higher than it currently is. Key Work Streams and Newsflow for 2019 · Infill and exploration drilling to confirm and expand the mineral resources at Khemisset underway with initial drilling results expected in coming months · Upgrade current JORC compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 311Mt at an average grade of 10.2% K2O, incorporating pending drill results · Metallurgical test work programme to confirm process flow sheet for Pre-Feasibility Study · Commencement of Pre-Feasibility Study · Commencement of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and permitting processes · Strategic discussions with offtake and sales and marketing partners · Commencement of discussions with in-country service providers for cooperation on various aspects of Khemisset Project including: o Gas supply o Electricity connection and supply o Transport and logistics studies; and o Port site investigation. | cottoner
25/1/2019 09:24 | The Align Research of the 22 November 2018 states under "Forecasts", The loss per share is expected to fall to 0.38p, due to an increased number of shares which will result from an anticipated placing in Q3 2019 to ensure that the PFS/BFS is fully funded. My holding will be static, while the MC of the company will increase! How fair is that? There is no provision to compensate the ordinary shareholder by allowing him to participate unlike in the recent issue of new shares in SFor, where shareholders were given such an opportunity. Anybody is welcome to attend any meeting, which will provide no news, since the research of the 22 November tried to be comprehensive in confirming that production is unlikely to start for at least another five years! | a1samu
24/1/2019 09:23 | Not trying to intimidate you a1samu but just pointing out some facts. For example, how can the market value of the company increase by leaps and bounds and your investment diminish in value (unless you have accidentally shorted the stock)? But back to Emmerson, whilst I totally agree that there are plenty of sharks out there, the track record for this board speaks for itself and they are not likely to put their name against a dud. Assuming you are a shareholder (i.e. long Emmerson), I think we are both onto another solid performer for this team. I would suggest you attend the Birmingham presentation next week to settle your nerves. | rajawali
24/1/2019 09:05 | I do not know who you are rajawali, but if you think you can intimidate me, you are mistaken, because I can try whatever I want and when I want and it is for you to lump it or like it. I have been into too many situations, where the market value of the company increased by leaps and bounds, while the value of my investment diminished. APH is an example. This is what will happen here when the "swish directors are sitting on loads of in the money options", which they have awarded themselves whenever they fancy doing so, to the detriment of and to the exclusion of the IPs. Perhaps what I need to learn is to avoid two bit companies who can only get ahead at the expense of the shareholders, instead of creating value for them. | a1samu
24/1/2019 06:52 | Anyone going to the Investor Evening/Presentation in Birmingham on Tuesday? | bazildonbond
24/1/2019 02:53 | @ a1samu. Yawn! You already tried this last November. This is a development play which, by nature, won’t generate revenue until someone develops the substantially de-risked project. Hayden is doing an excellent job de-risking the project, as he and Connelly did with Papillon Resources. Shareholders made a fortune long before an oz was poured at Fekola. Of course, more cash will need to be raised at a later stage but I am betting heavily it will be done when these swish directors are sitting on loads of in the money options. Do you honestly believe they are in it for the salary? | rajawali
23/1/2019 22:28 | A series of Ed McDermott tweets (@edmcdermott12) from the 4th Dec - share price was 3p at the time:#EML while I'm very disappointed with the current share price, I am pleased with the speed and precision of the operational development. Our scoping study is superb and we are well funded till 2020. #PotashIt has been anti-climatic and I think it comes down to investors believing that future capex requirements are going to require big equity placings. A project of this scale with this level of IRR it's a very good fit for banks to project finance.EML funded into early 2020 which Hayden has stated in interviews and RNS. The team achieved project financing for Highfield on a lower IRR (at the time). I have confidence Khemisset is a very financeable project and of national importance in Morocco.Hayden is an exceptional CEO, I believe his knowledge of the Potash market is second to none. He is not short of job offers and wouldn't be running EML if he didn't believe it was significant. This is not advice or recommendation to buy, hold, sell etc. Always do research.Re future items there are many to look forward to. I can't discuss specifics but the Scoping study is just the beginning of development. Potash is a favourite of a number of major miners, Potash miners achieve similar ratings to chemical co multiples | parob |
