EMIS Group plc (AIM: EMIS.L), the UK leader in connected healthcare software and systems, today announces that David Sides, Non-executive Director, has stepped down from the Board and resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect due to his other executive commitments.
Mike O'Leary, Chairman of EMIS Group, said: "We would like to thank David for his support and contribution over the last two years and wish him well in the future. The Board will now seek to recruit a suitable successor".
