EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 6 November 2018 an award of options over 93,786 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Andy Thorburn (Chief Executive Officer) and 37,184 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Peter Southby (Chief Financial Officer) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost and exercisable from 20 April 2021 and are subject to performance conditions.

Following the grant of these Options Andy Thorburn holds a total of 160,257 Options and Peter Southby holds a total of 91,198 Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
