Waterloo, they will not be focussing on PI's.

The very experienced bod have had meetings to decide how to suppress the share price and take shares of the PI's before selling to HNW individuals and II's.

The Sp tells me that no stake building is going on. I guess having so much of the equity tied up with the big 3/4 has put off any other II buyers. Maybe the strategy will 'change' and they will focus on PI's.

Your alleged volume buyer has hardly been positive though . . . Maybe the alleged volume buyer has been buying in small trades in order to keep tbe share price down . . . Just like a . . . erm . . . Stealth buyer . . .

So the problem is that a volume buyer will be positive for the share price. Yes the 4 500k trades were buys and I suspect there will be more. If you do not like it then filter me and you will not need look.

It is not stealth buying. If it were stealthy you would not be able to see it. There is no effort to hide it; it is clear for all to see. So tell me what is stealthy; your common sense maybe.

CuFe I suspect if they were buying 10 million shares or more they would not be able to buy them in one chunk ever. I would say that if they were being truly stealthy we would not be able to see the buys by volume as they would be for random amounts well below 100k each buy. The pattern is clear to see so I do not think they are stealthy just a practical size the market is able to facilitate.

Stealth buying is the practice of breaking up trades into smaller trades in order to reduce the impact on the share price . . . this is exactly what someone using the lucky punter username has described and was suggesting is occurring here . . .

Mr 500k is a very patient operator; that is the fourth 500k buy in recent days just mopping up the small sells. I suspect we have someone or a institution very steadily building a position buying whatever is loose without triggering a rise in the share price.

trafid you may see that but it does not look like that to me. The buys and sells were both below the mid with the sells in the 3.5's and the buys in the 3.6's. They both showed as sells as did my buys at 3.63.


777mason. If you had shares worth £18000 before the consolidation they will be worth £18000 after consolidation you will just hold 30 times less shares but they will be worth 30 times more each.

can someone please tell me,if i have 500,000 old shares worth £18,000 at .363 today what would they be worth after the Consolidation, of one new ordinary Share for every 30 Existing Ordinary Shares,what would be the price set for the new shares, and how many shares would i be left with.

To put these alleged buys into perspective . . . there are 3.5 billion shares in issue . . . over the past month there have been around 1 million shares traded per day . . . that's 0.03% of the total shares in issue . . . even if you look at the "free float" of around 25% of 3.5 billion shares that's still only 0.1% . . . that's less than £40k per day of trades . . . and don't forget those are buys AND sells . . . it's simply the usual churn and pretty much irrelevant ATM IMHO . . .

Hi LP, please check the trades there where two previous sells of 500k and two buys. therefore I don't see any institution slowly building a stake in this

I do not see any stealth buying; I suspect our buyer will pay up to 3.65p at the moment and some of those will be at mid or below. I do think this is new money and I do not think it is a shame to see people leave; shareholders will need to sell to let new money in. Emed are reinventing themselves as Atalaya and there will be some winners and losers along the way.

I agree with lucky punters view of stealthy trading going on. Some largish chunks showing as sells, but the price hasn’t really moved since mid August. Someone is being let in or out, maybe they have received an average price to build or reduce a position. Buyer or seller who knows? I suspect buyer.
