Up (16%) yet again in early trading. You might not have to wait too long at this rate to break even. Pity PCI does not move like ELP!

could something be set to happen on the french licence?
any drilling would be fairly cheap and any discovery could be easily tied into existing infrastucture.

Probably coincidence or speculation then that there are Director buys in December followed by the Coy issuing on 24th Dec an announcement "policy for trading in coy securities" and then a significant increase in share price in the New year.
The share price has been in the doldrums for a few years though the short/medium term potential, in my opinion, is sound based upon current/near term USA production. The North Sea Licences and exploration in France are high risk but you never know what might happen long term if all the challenges can be resolved starting with finding partners with finance and expertise.
