Ekt will be fine this year Next year Bulgin will have a major profits warning But Daley is no mug..he knows this is peak earnings ..he will try to offload Bulgin asap If he doesn't ..don't say I didn't warn you!! LolPerloff and Kinder are no mugs for selling ..

Hat+ I had several hundred thousand and came out because I cannot stand what KD has done.

Its probably legal but against my moral view.

I retained 90k and put them in an ISA.
Of course I was then sitting on 32k profit on one company.
I had taken the capital loss before they went in.
So it was not a real profit.

It was too much in one company and I sold half to balance the books.

The company seem to be doing well but TBH I don't understand them anymore.
The market cap looks very high. especially v profits.

Anyway I have 40k or so left. should I run them?
Will Chuck it make money?

Tiger - we share some stocks, always enjoy your posts but why are you looking for an exit here in what seems to be a strong growth phase for Bugin and the start of something significant for Checkit ?

Equity Development's latest note published today by analyst Paul Hill.

We have increased our FY19 turnover and adjusted PBT forecasts by 4% and 17% respectively to £31.9m (£29.8m LY) and £2.7m (£2.7m). We have nudged up the Jan’19 closing net cash position to £8.3m (£5.2m) and lifted the sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) valuation by 6.5% (or 4p) to 66p/share (see below) - split 46p Bulgin, 14p Checkit, 3p EET and 3p net funds.

Results look interesting forward PE reducing.

Rev +17%
Order intake at record levels
FY ahead of expectations .. which are

FY19 REV 31M PBT £2.3M
FY20 REV 33M PBT £3.84

Solid growth company and fair valuation, I'm hoping this may dip below 40p before the interims.

Shame there is so much bickering on this board.

Great figs Andy the new FD is a genius Always liked him Always liked Bulgin Still think it will warn NEXT YEARBUT daley will try to sell it I reckon Daley is a great chess player ..Bulgin got back after it hit great heights after Daley got all his free options and shares ..I wonder if checkit will do well once he sells Bulgin and does a buyback and takes out most holders leaving only him and one or two others to reap all the benefits Hope these are 100pThey would've been years ago as we made 4p eps in 2011 until Daley's disastrous acquisition and dismantling of hartest BlackssYou said the same at 5p..I think you are missing the point here..Bulgin is worth the mkt cap(if they don't warn next year!!)They can close checkit at any point so pe of 41 is not the case..Roddie Hope alls well

I think you've missed Nico's point. He said Bulgin would warn and it has. It has warned that sales and profits will be higher.

Nicostradamus' predictions are spot on.

I wonder if Daley will restore the div he removed after telling everyone it was sacrisent. Trouble is every penny paid out is a penny he can't grab for himself in some reward scheme or remuneration.
Only thing worth anything here is Bulgin and strangely the only thing left untouched by Daley over the last 10 years..Checkit income doubled from nothing to slightly more than nothing despite £20m investment ??. PE ratio 41%...good luck with that.
