Voted vs the re election of Daley and Wilson Let's see if they resign now they have lost the support of 4 of the top 7 shareholders Barry myself Henderson and Downing all want to see them resign that's a majority of the major shareholders(H and D voted by selling their shares!!)Daley please please resign

Ordinary business
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:
1. To receive the annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31 January 2017 together with the Directors’ and Auditor’s reports thereon
(the “Annual Report and Accounts”).

2. To receive and approve the Directors’ remuneration report set out on pages 20 to 25 of the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 January 2017. This is an advisory vote only.

3. To appoint KPMG LLP as auditor of the Company for the year ending 31 January 2018 to hold office until the conclusion of the next period
for appointing auditors in accordance with the provisions of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006 and to authorise the Directors to determine
the remuneration of the auditor.

4. To re-elect Giovanni Ciuccio as a Director of the Company.

5. To re-elect Keith Daley as a Director of the Company.

6. To re-elect Andy Weatherstone as a Director of the Company.

7. To re-elect Peter Welch as a Director of the Company.

8. To re-elect John Wilson as a Director of the Company

Their whole ethos seems now to be set about saving money , rationalisation, cost cutting and so on. and yet they seem to ignore the elephant in the room that lost over £3m last year alone. They attribute this to it being a "start up" ! At what point does it cease to be a start up and become a dead loss ?
They said in 2013
"Checkit, a smart, wireless food safety monitoring system, launched in Feb13. "

So it was launched over 4 years ago and it's still a start up ? who is trying to fool who ?

I will be voting VS many resolutions Not sure what difference that makes?I am also meeting up with d and a to discuss Daley's total destruction of Elektron including his destruction of wealth for all shareholders

Chuckits "declared" loss for the last 2 years £5.7m ! probably a lot more than that.

The bankruptcy backfired in a very big way indeed, the Trustees and their lawyers facing contempt of court charges now!!!

This is huge ever more lawyers getting implicated in wrongdoing.

The directors stuck a rod in a hornets nest.

Tilly don't bother getting into any arguments between yourselves, litigation is set to go forward at a far faster pace and I am determined to see a lot of change the next few months.

Even now I am seeking information from a particular party and if isn't forthcoming I have put them on notice of a court order.

Someone came in to assist me with important information and assistance, litigation should take off in at a faster pace indeed after the Bank Holiday weekend.

The more serious offences coming to light quicker than expected.

If any conspiring has been going on which I believe it has to frustrate me it is already backfiring!
