Just how low can this poster stoop,yesterday he said his nose was near to the ground.
And today out comes factory breach ,controlled by Keith Daly .
The poster can't even spell Mr Daleys name correctly .


Irreparable damage is being caused to EKT and its staff.

I am sure that the legal team will add this accusation to the many that have been thrown at ETK staff .

Judgement day is nearing ,and so is my lunch arriving ,

Investors don't realise the extent of knowledge I have about this company I even know about breaches of factory regulations while this company has been controlled by Keith Daly!

The court has been provided evidence of share price manipulation. That is a criminal offence.

In the meantime I can confirm considerable activity at the highest level at the SRA and I have advised a further law firm of potential TV media coverage in due course possibly Panorama.

No buyback guarantees anything except to reduce a company's resources.

I thought that EKT just issued new shares to satisfy the needs of the JSOP and I thought that all major shareholders were consulted and had agreed. Not sure they understood the consequence of what they had agreed - an immediate 12% dilution to their holdings.

The JSOP alone was fraudulent, the company intended to utilise company money to buy back shares, which would guarantee they reached their share price target and the Vice Chancellor recognised that!

Now make no mistake about all this I am determined to ensure justice is carried out and the perpetrators brought to account for all the damage they have done both to the company and shareholders equity and the damage they have caused to myself and my family.

In fact I have sent a number of emails off today in respect of an on-going fraud there could be more parties involved soon.

The longer they continue to take excessive pay when there is evidence of fraud the more damage that they will incur the more penalty will have to be paid.

Whats amazing is that non execs can't wait to abandon ship after a year or two at ektAckland and many others couldn't stand what they sawThe only non execs that Daley managed to recruit now are the two representing kinder and D and a!!!Shambles But as long as daley gets his 250k salary and 100k bonus and his free share options and he keeps kinder sweet he doesn't give a t ss about shareholders institutions or the share price He's happy happy happy

Have said a number of times the directors are in breach of their duties but they face far more serious claims.

I see a shareholder rebellion has seen a 40% pay cut for BP boss.

Unfortunately EKT cannot rely on its shareholders base any longer due to previous allegations of corruption.

Haha yes very true!!Can't believe he still reads these bulletin boards but I know he does!!Was a few years ago that Daley was very happy to have conference calls with all the PII remember a guy named Peter giving him a hard time ..Peter v shrewdThen it was Judith from downing who said Daley lacked any business acumenHow right she was Such a shame that our BOD don't hand the reins over to more capable managementAfter 15 years of total destruction of shareholder value surely they must know what sort of job they have done?

We have ploughed over 7m pounds into checkit..surely Daley has some news to tell us?He may still be a buyer of stick as he was given that option via the LTIP last year but he mustn't withhold information We have had no newsflow all year apart from the figures..most other companies update the market ..why not us?

This is a BOD with no accountability They know they can mistake after mistake and their remuneration will be 1m gbp pa..Daley once told me "I've got the best job ever"Too right!! LolV lucky fella who has destroyed Elektron yet still gets paid an absolute fortune for his continual failure
