Is it any wonder that investors looking and researching with a view to invest in technology companies could be put off greatly as a result of them continually seeing that a certain poster on here continually makes ,false threats against the Company Directors ,and the Chairman,of EKT.

He also continuously tries to tell others on here that the company does not run correctly and they waste money etc etc act,THEFT ,FRAUD ,INSIDER DEALING,ETC,ETC

Now he is saying ,handsets in Checkit which have old software and no longer any use!

The poster has previously and still does threaten individuals of ELEKTRON TECHNOLOGY in his postings on a regular basis .

He says recently he has his nose close to the ground my moles still burrowing away!
WHAT A SAD INDIVIDUAL HE IS.


His posts are seriously continually damaging the EKT Company .

His posts are threatening ,full of malice ,and in law ,total harassment against CERTAIN MEMBERS OF EKT STAFF.

Certain posters on here are egging him on ,some know he is on the downward slippery slope with no chance of him ever winning his fight .

The fact of the matter is the warnings are their to see on investment on stocks and shares ,you might not get your money back when it all goes wrong.

All individuals do not work the same way ,some make mistakes ,its not a crime to make mistakes ,one doing a job can't be sacked for doing it badly.Its not a crime to do your job Badly.

I say to the poster that continually has this fight with EKT ,IT WILL NOT BE LONG NOW .

NORMAL FOLK HAVE A proper LIFE ,
AT LEAST I KNOW MINE IS NOT FULL OF S---.

We also had a chat about Checkit its cost the company millions and after 3 years still not come out with a decent contract.

Rototherm told me they had no faith in Checkit the directors here will have no defence if it fails or they win a substantial contract soon as they were warned by Rototherm they had no faith in the product.

On the checkit front my moles tell me of software incompatibility with old handhelds lots of difficulties around.

Have been in communication with Castleford this morning I know he wont mind me mentioning this but he is outraged at the loss made on our Versarien shares. I don't blame him, Daley told everyone he was happy to be invested in Versarien then had to pay to sell them when there was demand for the stock is simply unbelievable.

Just about everything management have touched here has been messed up they wouldn't listen to investors they would not listen to the institutions they would not listen to their other directors.

It all to do with what the Chairman wanted it was always to do with control!

The dire state of affairs here was never going to be dealt with by an out of court settlement and if posters would read into a derivative action and unfair prejudice action procedure they would know why.

In each case once an action is taken out it cannot be dropped without consent of the court and the reason for that is to protect other shareholders.

Its pointless looking at what has happened with regards my case as the courts been misled from early on in proceedings right up to court of appeal and thereafter.

All these matters are been attended to as we speak, I am talking with a number of organisations but I cannot say too much at this time.

He was advised not to go to court in the first place as there is and was no case to answer. Unfortunately Simon knows best

The Directors are not in breach of "their " duties running or promoting the company products and business.
