It staggers me that 82000 people will go and watch that.

Its not about playing football...its about how much money can be milked...lower players salaries & they will come down to earth...

You could have had a clone of Ramsay, Mourinho, Ferguson, Gardiola, Klopp and Wenger, and still England would have been poor.

Its down to the players, and they all tend to play with the hand brake on, except in friendlies.

The performance against Iceland was one of the only times I've ever seen all 11 players have a shocker.

Our only chance of ever doing well in international tournaments is when we host it.

Roll on the World Cup of 2066, when I expect Walcott to be the real deal by then.

You're right Jack but one thing's certain: they'd have done a better job than Hodgson.

I'm not too clued up on ancient history, but I dont think the boy Bonaparte, Greatsy or Khazza were football managers.

The real issue is not Fat Sam et al imo

It's those muppets that appoint him - that's the area to address first

I think Gazza would be the most appropriate candidate.

How about a manager from one of the lower divisions? England no better than a third division team anyway.
