The following amendment has been made to the Issue of Options announcement released on 10 August 2017 at 0700hrs under RNS No 5749N.

The announcement incorrectly stated that John Ketteley had been awarded 250,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company. The correct figure is 100,000.

All other details remain unchanged.

Issue of Options

Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that yesterday the Company issued a total of 1,265,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the Elecosoft 2015 Share Option Plan, as adopted by the shareholders at the AGM on 26(th) May 2016, to various employees and directors of the Company (the "Options"). The Options shall vest if, and only if, EPS as per the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is at least 2.97 pence. If the performance target is not met, the Options shall lapse.

The Options are exercisable at 48.0 pence and will expire on 08(th) August 2027. Details of director awards are included in the disclosure notices at the end of this announcement.
