Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, was notified today that on 3 November 2017, Kevin Craig, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,060 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Craig has a beneficial interest in 22,060 Ordinary Shares representing 0.029 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
