I think I'll leave it now.. It's been a while since I was in the market and a stock like this needs to be monitored closely if u're in for a quick ride (which I would be in this case)..

but back to jarvis.. they are poor on many things.., not just this.. Definitley going to change brokers..! Just need to find a gud 'un..

but all the best to u folks!!

dennisbergkamp - Very difficult to get hold of stock at a decent price. You'll have seen that a few trying to get stock in any sort of volume has been pzying over the offer in recent days.

Hope you manage to get in.

Yep.....the spread now 14% at 30p-35p which I believe is there to deter buying.

I simply believe that there is a shortage of stock. There have only been 17k shares traded today or in other words about £4800 worth of stock.

I've felt a breakout possible for a couple of weeks now so nice to see it confirmed.

Well the spread moved to 23p-28p on 19/4 , yet we've had no sells at all.

During April there have been 21 trades AFAIA, with 20 Buys and 1 Sell (1k shares).
I recognise that most of the trades have been relatively small but I'm also aware that with a free float of 6% it doesn't take much concerted buying to significantly move this as we spectacularly saw at the beginning of February.

I reckon that interesting times are just around the corner with this one. The fact that the interim statement suggested that they had lined up earnings enhancing acquisitions with talks perhaps nearing completion:-

"we are in active discussions with a range of possible acquisition candidates each of which would be earnings enhancing and synergistic".

All conjecture on my part but with so little traffic I can surely indulge myself !!!

Good to someone else taking advantage of the lowly shareprice.

A 17k buy just gone through at 29p.......1p up on the offer.
Spread still showing 27p-28p.

Hi PP

Good to see that you're still positive.

The only forecast I'm aware of is Shores dated 10/2/06 flagging up £1.2m PTP and EPS of 2.3p for the current year.
This was before the interim announcement.

I like to get in before the crowd and don't see much downside at this price, especially with Eddie Powell still the proud holder of 94%.

We know what happened last time there was demand in EKY.....

Kind Regards

Hi GHF, yes still around, and you are right EKY I would say is a gentle buy now, ahead of the next news :)

TAG, I am positive it will pay back handsomely over time, and I am happy to hold and wait for it, no plans to sell in the next 2 years on TAG, and I might just keep holding it if it starts to become the big company I think it will.

Hi rcktm

Didn't expect this to retrace just as much following the very decent interim results.

Having been fortunate enough to exit in the 40's during February's metoric rise I decided to buy a few last week as it was almost back to the initial float price, yet the story had progressed somewhat.
I also added a few more this afternoon and quite content to hold what is in essence a play on my earlier profits. Wish they were all like this !

You still around PP ?
Nice to see some positive movement in TAG today where hopefully your tireless efforts will be rewarded. I'm still holding onto mine.....

End of tax year selling, many stocks get effected, wait until the 7th of April is out of the way, and things will all change not long after that.
