05/2/2009 13:43 | Doubt it. The job chanel has been wound up and if I have read things right they sold the Performance chanel last year. Not that much left. So much for keeping share holders informed. | unimog

19/1/2009 08:50 | Loverat - I agree, like many I lost money on this share but I knew it was high risk before I bought it. Some people forget the bit about "shares can go down as well as up" and choose to blame everyone else for their poor choice of shares. | temporary
17/1/2009 06:32 | Hi ucretin Just caught up with your post. Yes - it is a shame that posters nowadays have to resort to litigation when they lose the argument on here. I have seen quite a bit of it lately on these boards since the cases that were brought to the High Court recently. There is also an increase in the number of threats of litigation from companies and directors which are discussed on this site. I suspect that things will gradually get back to normal when the current litigation is finally over. These boards are about topical talk, fun and banter and the occasional discussion about shares. Good to see Lord S still around and I was an avid reader of his RL thread a few years back. Temporary The thing is there are so many companies ending up suspended at present and the directors of these companies know that investors will sound off on here but not do anything. Then you get threats of litigation which are intended to silence and scare people and shift the attention away from alleged misdeeds. I personally think if people are that upset about losing their investment they should stop discussing it here and get together off line to review their options. I am no White Knight by the way - just saying what I think! | loverat
13/1/2009 23:56 | Hi Loverat Most of the people who post here are all talk and no action. Legal Aid really does seem to have a bee in his/her bonnet about this company. I would ignore the rants - they are becoming more and more bizzare. | temporary

10/1/2009 13:18 | The Barstewards have done it again.....just recieved letter from Valentine and co re proposed voluntary arrangement. Egm called for 27/1/09 High court of justice-chancery div- petition no 6742 of 2008. Can't meet it's liabilities as they fall due. VA is agreement between a company and it's creditors should be a better outcome than liguidation. Job channel and Green light cable and sat were placed in liquidation 7/8/08 if not accepted the adjourned petition for winding up co will be heard on 28/1/09 | unimog
