You appear to be missing my point - you have not suffered a loss here because the Company has experienced unfortunate trading conditions, nor is the loss of your investment due to competitive weaknesses or unforseeable circumstances.

YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN BY TWO DEVIOUS MINDED INDIVIDUALS, WHO HAVE DISHONESTLY EXPLOITED THE SHAREHOLDERS FUNDS SINCE DAY ONE, AND FED THEIR OWN PERSONAL GREED AHEAD OF ALL OTHER CONSIDERATIONS.

It is only because they have now exhausted these funds, that this pair of crooks are now seeking to cover their tracks, by taking the Company off AIM, ending the need for regulated governance, and stopping the publicity which they are now attracting through their reputations.

Don't let them steal what is left by voting in favour of the delisting, these two should not be living rich off your money - they should be on the gallows with me to tie the rope.

Come on you guys, don't you realise that the original shareholders who invested in this share all those years ago (waht is it - 7 or 8 years now?) and haven't topped up their shares at the various new isues and have therefore been diluted to non-existance are totally out of any control or say so whatsoever.
I've lost a packet but it was a gamble - and you can't complain if you don't win - unless there is fundamental evidence of corruption or gross negligence. You can't sue for incompetence - no matter how much feel-good factor there may be.

Guys you paid your money and rode the roller coaster - we've all lost but some you win and some you lose. I'm not happy about losing - who is - but we are where we are.

Heard all the libellous stuff from various parties before, every year - all to no avail so if it pleases people like Legal Aid to keep the bitterness going then it's their right - just seems like a waste of life to me.

Hi Jbat, hope your keeping well. timmins is well aware of what I think of him and has my e-mail address, not just an avtar. I have told him what I think of him on several occasions. Had to use e-mails as he refuses to accept my phone calls lolol
Legal Aid - telephone him direct or e-mail him direct. Don't hide behind the avtar. They are the thieves, not us!

Timmins would never actually take you to court to contest the case, because then all the EIC accounts would have to be laid bare. Go ahead and call him whatever you like, but no litigation will ever occur, as the truth is too dangerous.

Why not admit to the shareholders, that you are blatantly dishonest, grossly incompetent and are now only planning to go off market, purely so that you don't have to publish any more verifiable accounts (for the last period) and that you and your thieving partner, can again steal every last penny you can from the investments funds belonging to honest people.

All because no-one is still blind enough to trust you or invest in your corrupt and fraudulent existence.

Quite soon - You will certainly come to realise, that you are undoubtedly a most detestable and repugnant form of leech, unfit to live amongst genuine upright people, and now particularly worthy of recieving some extra personal attention in learning the full consequences of your dishonest ways.

You time is almost ended - and payback time is fast approaching.
