Board Change

Ei Group plc (the "Company") announces that, as the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts noted was his intention, David Maloney, having served over nine years on the Board, has today retired. Therefore, Mr. Maloney has ceased to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Robert Walker, Chairman, said:

"We would like to thank David for his wisdom and experience as a Non-Executive Director and his excellent Chairmanship of the Audit Committee and as the Senior Independent Director until July 2017.
