Egdon is also pleased to announce that it has secured a GBP1,000,000 loan facility.

A Facility Agreement and Charge Agreement (the Agreements) have been executed with Union Jack Oil plc which will provide the loan facility on commercial terms.

since you have sold EDR, you should now invest in EOG. as you well know, Wressle is coming and cash situation will improve signifcantly once Wressle is online.

alternatively, buy AST or PVR

If EDR can get Wressle producing at anticipated rates, they can either sell a bit, or get a placing away to keep the ship afloat..

The results will be interesting as we will be able to work out what the "break-up" value of the business is.

The other important issue will be the cost to the company when Shell comes calling for its 30% of costs on the 70/30 offshore deal.

What happens if EDR is unable to pay Shell? AND what is the value of an EDR share?

I suspect that Premier will pay as will the American shareholder but on terms that will wipe out the small shareholder..........this is usually the case.

As they have stated they would update the market on Wressle 'as work progresses', surely there will be an update in the finals.



to be fair, they have said H2 2020 all along, its other partners that have given other timeframes
