Wressle news next few days.... EOG and EDR both are very low mcap and very cheap exposure to Wressle https://twitter.com/MightyBelle68/status/1311321852334059520

market makers moving that down on tiny sell, perhaps they are just generating some business.. You would guess an update on Wressle shortly, as UJO have repeatedly said first oil in October edit 500k sell just shown, and reason fro initial drop

Curry As you say UJO rolling in cash. DB always going on about Wressle and Bisc. I could see him doing something to get more of Bisc. and to help the paupers here keep the lights on. My starter for 10: 1 Farm-in to more of Bisc. relieves EDR of need to fund Bisc, but doesn't solve cash shortage. 2 Buy more of Bisc, partly solves both problems at least temporarily. 3 Subscribe to an EDR placing say £1.5mm at 1.8p, gives UJO ~20% of EDR and all of EDRs stuff, claim at least one Board seat and replace the fossilised NEDs, and kick the Exec's up the A*se to perform. Cash shortage solved. 4 Merge UJO and EDR, not sure EDR NEDs and Execs would ever support this, even if the NEDS were awake! I'd prefer 3, but its gutsy move.

market maker tick up on £1k buy, spread very wide 25% UJO rolling in cash, needed £2m went for £7m.. Are EDR going to sell out / sell a project / sell a %? They must be running on fumes, with their huge op. costs.. how are they paying for Wressle works, and what about the £400k ish they are liable for on first oil..

and there will be more to stump up with the Shell arangements............another funding???? Shell spent millions on the Deltic area in August 2019 and only now are the results coming through after one year. Then you have to decide a drilling date which will take time and then the results. Patients is the name of this game...............but the stuff is there and Shell will decide how large this whole area is worth developing.........a very interesting area for Deltic - Egdon and another small license holder. But do read between the lines when a broker is tipping - especially those that do not have oil/gas experience.

All in all it should have put just over 0.1p on the shareprice.. IMO, probably worth a bit more as it helps keep the lights on.. cash must be thin with all the work at Wressle

as of July 2019 (from annual results) "Under the terms of the JOA, the defaulting party can be removed from the licence and that party’s share of the asset redistributed amongst the remaining joint venture parties. Humber remain liable for the outstanding debt but in the interim the remaining joint venture parties have assumed responsibility for the payment of invoices, and Egdon’s pro-rata share of the outstanding Humber JOA default amounts to £327,200." A year on with added costs, licence fees, solicitors/legal costs, the bill could have been over £400k due to EDR

If you look at the announcement you will notice that the 3D works has to be completed by March 2021. The Shell time table which they had with Deltic in August 2019 - that work was done within a month but the interpretation is still ongoing so shareholders in Egdon may have a long wait if a similar time frame were to arise........late 2021 into 2022. Which well will get drilled first? A big question and my bet is Deltic's Selene license as that work is now well advanced. CURRYPASTY mentioned - see above - that the MM pushed - got rid of stock and then let it fall back to the 2p range.............you have to be careful in these stocks and look at the background work as Shell are trying to prove that this particular area of the Southern North Sea could be a large pool of gas which can be fed into the UK grid.

looks like the MM's pushed this a bit far, and ripped people off. I bet the buyer of 500k at 3.1 is a bit sick
