It would seem the market is not of the same opinion. Shell have acquired 75% for basically 70% of its true value + £5m
After that Egdon will have to find 30% of all the costs to bring the gas online.
It seems to me that Shell have got the best of the deal.
At least Wressle will hopefully be on stream by the time the cap goes round for more funding.

not a bad deal imo. With “The Supermajor” Shell to takeover as operators & expected to pay 85% of the costs of the acquisition and processing of a 3D seismic survey covering both the Resolution and Endeavour gas discoveries with the carry on the acquisition costs capped at US$5 million gross, beyond which it would pay 70% of the costs ; and

-- Shell will also pay 100% of all studies and manpower costs “up to” a well investment decision 🧐🤔 on the Licences


I fink, the remaining odd 15-30% expected EDR costs to be paid “here & there” 💭💭 (...and especially with Egdon being at 303 million shares in issue 😍) you guys have PLENTY of leverage/margin for any “meaningful221; drawdown in funding needed 😉👍🙇‍♂;️ Even if you’s needed funding for example say in between £6-£12 million or more, to service the full project costs/or for any future drills or drilling’s...you guys will be at maximum perhaps about...no more than 1-2.5 billion shares in issue by the time, you’s would have serviced the debt by part ways in shares, say for example & imo 😉 All entirely dependent & subject to the rates provided by the underwriter/or lender, and the security set against EDR shares, of course 🙇‍a94;️🤔
